Life-changing. Urgency brought me to this clinic. We were able to get my whole treatment plan complete within days! The staff was kind, compassionate and professional. This has been the only positive and overall pain free experience I've ever had at a dentist. They are the clinic that helped me overcome my dental anxiety. Thank you Southeast.

Went here for a hurting tooth, temperature and pressure sensitivity. Front office staff and hygienist were good. I'm assuming Dr. Lewis walked in behind without introducing himself, asked me to open mouth. Examined tooth, suggested possible crack in tooth, could do root canal and cap elsewhere or have extraction. I chose extraction. Month later, arrived 1 hour early for oral sedation, decent wait time and same good staff. As before, De. Lewis walks in and begins extraction. Starts using a drill without explanation so I ask. States a tough bone, has to cut into two pieces. He gets done in reasonable time, walks out without another word. I ask hygienist about pain medicine that was discussed in first visit and she says he will call in. No call in that. Call office next day, person on phone says they will call it in. No meds called in, no return calls as to why. In my opinion, avoid Dr. Lewis, find someone else.

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because it's an amazing facility. The staff is here so kind. As someone who has dental trauma and gets really nervous about a simple dental visit, the staff is great about helping me and calming me down.
Today, however, I had to have my wisdom teeth removed, a procedure I'd been avoiding my entire life. When I came to my first appointment and got X Rays, i asked if they offer sedation for patients because i really want to be asleep for the procedure because I was so scared. They told me they did offer sedation but it was more money. I was fine with that and booked my appoitnment.
The day of my appointment, I recheck with the lady at the desk that I have sedation added on to my bill. She says "yes, we use conscious sedation, but you won't remember a thing!"
I was a little weary of that because I've never had concsious sedation but I trusted them that it would be sedating enough that I would really know what was going on or remember the experience.
My sedation was 2 blue bills, Versed I'm pretty sure. And it made my legs and arms feel heavy and I felt tired but I was very awake and aware of what was happening. They gave me a 3rd pill because I expressed concern about being too awake for the wisdom teeth removal
Then they just started numbing with so many shots. Which were very painful. And then the doctor came in and had to numb more spots, which were even more painful. I think i had a total of 6 or more injections. Through all of this, the staff was very kind, giving me encouraging words and making sure I was okay.
Basically, they did a great job here and the staff is excellent, but they aren't clear on what their sedation means. I've had a lot of procedures in my life that I've had to be put to sleep, and i really wanted to be asleep for this one. I'm already terrified of dentists, I didn't want to remember any of this. I wanted to wake up in a comfy recliner like every one talks about and not know what even happened. They did a great job. But if you're scared of produres like me, go to an oral surgeron instead and get all the way put to sleep. I just wished this office would have been more upfront with me about what kind of sedation I would be getting and what that meant for me. I wish the lady at the desk was right, but she was not. I remember every bit of the experience today and it really sucks.

Absolutely terrible experience, would not recommend at all. It's not good enough to schedule an appointment, if you don't reply to a text message they send they'll cancel your appointment. Then when you take time out of your day to show up to your scheduled appointment you're informed they your appointment has been cancelled & they can't get an appointment for another month.

Quality Denistry, and Great Staff!!
Two months now, of going to see Dr. Lewis, and I couldn't be more impressed!! Dr. Lewis goes out of his way to do the best for his patients. I'm a disabled Vet, and my dental work was out sourced to Dr. Lewis by the VA, of which I was very concerned as to the quality of service I would receive, but WOW!! From your first interaction with the front desk ladies, to his Dental assistants, they are a class act. They are caring, sweet, professional, and very proficient. In other words, you know your in good hands, and everything is going to come out Awesomely!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Lewis and his team for your Dental needs!!

Had the best experience with Southeast Dental! Jordyn, the receptionist at the front desk, was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She was very professional. Liza, the hygienist, made me feel so comfortable and was so friendly. She did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Rube, the dentist, was the best. Highly recommend for any dentistry needs you may need.

Dr. Lewis and his staff are some of the best around! Megan made sure that everything was good with my insurance and helped with the whole financial process. LeAnn, his assistant is one of the best! She is very reassuring during procedures and does top notch work with temporaries! I cannot say enough good things about Southeast Dental.

Dr. Lewis is one of the best dentists I have ever met. He did a great job on my implants. My denture doesn't move around anymore like it used to and it looks really nice as well. I get compliments on my teeth all the time now. Dr. Lewis will take good care of you. I definitely recommend.
