It was a very clean and friendly office. Was greeted by office staff. Lounge was nice and inviting. I felt very comfortable in the room. I was a new patient. I had a crown come off. I called they got me in the same day. It was quick and easy. They did a very great job.

This is a well-managed, fully staffed dental practice that is patient-centric. This office has been in operation for a long time in this community. From the front office personnel to the hygienist to the dentist, they function as a well oiled machine. They also have Friday hours for us teachers! Thanks for a positive, new patient experience!

Enjoyed my cleaning by Brittney, but was disappointed that they couldn’t accommodate me, as I missed an appointment, unfortunately slept through an alarm since I have a newborn baby. I was still charged the missed appointment fee. I had not missed any other appointments before and usually have no issues making appointments. They should offer a one time waved cancellation fee, and they didn’t accommodate me nor cared too. I asked nicely, said it should be considered as a one time option to have waved. Pretty inconsiderate.

I am a new patient and had very high anxiety about going to a new dentist not having great history with dentist. When I got there and they took me back I had never felt more at home before, they took me on a tour showed me where things were and got to know me...not just another patient. They are super caring, very informative and truly care about what's important both for your teeth, health and personal feelings. I'm very happy I found them and actually am looking forward to going to my next visit and for when my son will go in too.

I am from out of town and started having some tooth pain. I called Mangelsdorf dentistry and couldn’t believe how nice and helpful they were about my situation.
They got me in the next day! When I got there they were very pleasant and welcoming. After evaluating me they gave me a number of options without pressuring me into any of them.
Would definitely recommend them and I will go back once I decide what I choose to do.
