I LOVE this Dentist's office!!! From the front staff to everyone else. Dr. Craig, Sandy, and Abbey were my team and they are AMAZING! In 51 years of going to dentists, this is the best by far!! I highly recommend this dentist office over any others.

Amazing people from front office to the DR. They went above and beyond to get me in with no appointment to deal with an emergency. More impressive was how they treated their child patients. I’ve been going here for a long time and they always take good care of me and my siblings and we love all of them there! Especially our hygienist, she’s amazing! Although they do have a slightly newer dentist, Dr. Craig, who was extremely rude and condescending toward my younger sister and made comments that made her feel bad about herself. As a doctor it shouldn’t be hard to show a little compassion and kindness. It was very upsetting and disappointing, but other than that, everyone there is great and we love it here :)

The Dentists and Staff are Always Always so polite and make sure the my Twin Daughters are Always comfortable and are in no pain they are very gentle. I love their dental work! I recommend them to everyone! Thank you for your service I will continue to use them! 🙂

One of my worst fears is the dentist!! I haven’t had many positive experiences while visiting the dentist! Fort Smith Dentistry is definitely the place that I should have chosen along time ago. The Dentist was VERY patient with me. He explained everything he was doing & why. The rest of the staff was just as awesome.

Today was my first visit to see what all dental work that I needed done. I had been going to Dallas Street Dental, but I felt that they were milking me. Today I felt so good leaving Fort Smith Dentistry, as they made sure that I understood what procedures were going to be done with time, cost, and what each thing meant. He picked up on that I was still a little confused and he came out into the waiting area as I was scheduling my next appointment, to check to make sure I didn’t have any other concerns or questions. He wanted to make sure that I understood. To me that was everything!!!! I’ve never felt so knowledgeable about my own body as I do now. I learned that I need to get my tonsils removed to prevent my current issue. He went over each thing step by step. Thank you so much for making me feel safe and knowledgeable on my first visit. Even though I have to have so much done now because of my previous dentist overlooking everything, I have confidence that everything will be taken care of the right way.
