Excellent experience. They were right on time with my appointment. Didn't keep me waiting at all--not in the waiting room or even in the chair. Everyone was extremely friendly. The doctor was kind and took the time to explain everything to me. The dental hygienist was super friendly and made an uncomfortable experience actually pleasant. I would definitely recommend!!

I always have a wonderful experience at Advanced Dental Care. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Waiting room is always clean and I never have to wait too long to be sent back. They have really flexible hours so you can get in whenever is convenient for you. Normally, I am petrified of sitting in a dentist’s chair, but the staff is extremely gentle and understanding. I would highly recommend Advanced Dental Care to anyone looking for a dentist in the OC area!

I had such a good experience. I’m generally nervous at the dentist and this was my first time booking a dentist appointment alone and in a new state. I was easily able to book an appointment and get my insurance confirmed. I got x-rays, an exam, and a cleaning. Everyone here was really kind; I had no wait time for my appointment, and I was done super quickly. Highly recommend! :)

Kim Nguyen and Dr. Jorgenson were excellent - Janet and Shantal were also very welcoming. My teeth needed extra love and they were very communicative and transparent throughout the whole process. No hidden costs. Everything was well explained - not only did I feel empowered and autonomous in my dental care, I felt safe! I feel like the education I received about my oral hygiene here is unmatched and the services and office were great. 10/10 would recommend this to any person in need of dental care or in need of oral maintenance care. I have been coming here for about 3 years now and It’s always a 5 star experience when I walk into Advanced Dental Care office. Their scheduling sysyem is on point because soon after arriving on time to my appointment I get taken back to see the dental hygienist. Never waiting more than 5 mins. All of the staff at this facility are respectful and pleasant to talk to. Honestly always the best dental experience compared to other dental offices I have been to in the past. Highly recommend this office with Dr. Jorgensen!!

My long time and best dentist I've ever had in my life. Been to about 3 dentists since moving to LA 8 years ago and this is by far the best I've experienced. Dr. Jorgenson and staff are always super friendly and his work is impeccable. Had some veneers done and they look super natural and I always get compliments on my teeth. Hygienist is also very gentle and thorough. Recommend all my family friends and see him and they have been extraordinarily happy too.
