They were every friendly and kind. When it came to dental work it was also very professional and the dentist plus the nurses where all kind and helped take off my braces fast and easy without any problems. I loved this place for several years. More recently, I have found that you never know what kind of attitude you will get from whoever you see. Some of the students are absolutely amazing. Some of the regular staff isnβt. I had had a partial break recently that was due to poor construction. The first appointment to get it fixed, I was shamed by one of the dentists that went on and on about having the partial in the first place, when I had it because they had recommended it to me. (One thing that happens is that you see so many dentists there that thereβs zero consistency with what youβre told). It took two or three appointments to get it fixed, which I understand. When I got it back, it didnβt fit right and they basically argued over who was going to have to fix it and implied that I was being picky. The pain in my jaw was severe. I had to beg the second time to see Dr Schwartz, who is amazing. The third time she saw me and worked on my partial and prescribed something to release the lock in my jaw. She also promised me, without me asking, that she would do any further future needed adjustments on it. After the meds were gone I was able to assess that it needed more adjusting so I made the appointment. When I called and asked what days she was available they made an appointment for that Friday. I took off work (this was the 4th time I had to take off work) and went and she wasnβt in that day. When I asked where she was after I was in the chair they did this gaslighting thing and tried to make me feel like I was nuts for expecting to see her when she literally made it a point to tell me she would see me herself in the future. It was an awful appointment.
So the funny thing is that two weeks later, for the first time ever, I drop this thing in the sink and actually break it myself. I panicked for a good hour, not because it was broken but because I was so paranoid about how the staff would react when they were so inconvenienced about having to deal with my partial again. I called three times, left three messages, never got a call back. No idea what to do or who to see and now I have other dental pain outside of this and am paranoid about making any appointments to see other dentists because Iβm so burned out in general on this.
Dr Schwartz is an amazing dentist and I have a lot of trauma and I trust her, which is a big deal. Not being able to just see her when I go there has made it so I canβt go back.

Iβve been a patient here for about 3-4 years now and every new set of students are very patient and kind. Dr. Schwartz (sorry if I misspelled your name!) is always very good with checking fillings and determining the right treatment plan.
The first issue is that Iβve had on now 2 different occasions my recent filling bothers my entire mouth and I an unable to maintain focus without feeling pain! Another issue are the front office assistance check-in/appointment ladies. Most of them are very rude and have little to no interest or interaction with the patients. In fact if they were a bit nicer they wouldnβt have so many complaints about their attitudes nor would people not get as upset with them (I sometimes see people argue with them about simple issues).
I would rate this place 5 stars βοΈ but overall Iβve seen a decline in some areas, nevertheless I like meeting new students and I appreciate everyone that has helped my teeth stay strong!

We've been coming to this office for 2 years and we have always had a wonderful experience. The staff and doctors are caring and their prices are affordable. Unfortunately yesterday we had a non pleasant experience. We took are 2 kids for an exam and we were requested 1 adult per child in order to proceed with the appointment. After taking the x-rays they asked us to leave them alone and wait in the waiting room during doctor's exam because of Covid-19. My kids are minors and I will NEVER leave them alone with strangers. I also understand this is their new policy but they should let parents know ahead of time so we can decide if we want to continue with the appointment or wait until things are better. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication, my kids were exposed to radiation for no reason.

I have been terrified of the dentist my entire life and itβs prevented me from going to the dentist for many many years. I decided to get all of my dental work done within two months just to get it over with and this office has amazed me. Everyone is incredibly nice, and they are the most patient people I have ever met. My 4 year old son also comes here and he loves it! Iβve had crowns, fillings, and both deep and regular cleanings here, all done pain free. I wonβt go anywhere else.

I have made an appointment with Western Care Dental so I was ready to go and at the same day I called them to double check. The first lady from the right dark short hair on the picture answers the phone and she was very rude and not nice at all with me for some reason which I did not figure out at all. She told me "your appointment was yesterday and you missed it!" I told her no ma'am, I did not because I wrote it down on my notice when the nice gentleman talk to me via phone. Anyway, She said I can transfer you to the same gentleman that who gave you the appointment and you can discuss with him the issue. He did not answer the phone and I left a voice message and never get a call back from him! I think the management of Western Care Dental needs to pay attention to these two people. Until now I feel so bad and they hurt my feeling about how they treated me. Not going back there any more.

I too agree with the reviews made by the patients. I wanted to write a about WeCare in a magazine; asking for desert reviews of merchants. The magazine approving director / owner did not believe I was accurate in my review. He did not believe any one could really have this response to going to a dental office.
I am just saying. I appreciate the students and the Denists in WeCare. It is my truth. The Denists, students & administration care about their patients. This is the:,β WHYβ OF
βWeCare!β

Okay to be honest, I am not the patient at this office, my parent is. My mother like many people have made sacrifices during tough financial time over the years to take of her kids. And now, with times being better she is trying to take care of herself/her needs and this office went above and beyond on her first visit. The wait in the office was short, they made her feel comfortable, they were empathic to her situation and have provided a plan to take care of her dental needs at very affordable prices. These reasons may seem so simple, but other dental offices have not show compassion or simply are looking for money.

I do not recommend this place. They're called "We Care Dental", but by the time I left I was sure that only the students did. And I'm being rather generous in my estimation of the students.
My insurance only covers metal crowns on my back teeth. I need those crowns, as my other dentist does not do them and told me that what they put there will break eventually. I spent a fair portion of my time there asking if they did metal crowns, only to be told "I have to ask faculty."
after one and a half hours of getting poked and prodded and x-rayed and asking them if they have metal crowns, I am told they don't LIKE to do metal crowns. Alarm bells start ringing in my head. Why would it be phrased like that?
A half an hour after that I am told they don't do metal crowns. I feel manipulated, like they didn't want to do anything to help me at all, just waste my time. I had already been having a stressful day. I want to leave, and they tell me they want to give me a "treatment plan." I humor them and stay, as they promise to give me a list of local dentists who do metal crowns.
Ten, maybe twenty minutes later I tell them I'm leaving anyway. I'm told to stay by one of the students who attended me, and I ask if it will help him if I stay to get the treatment plan. I'm told no. I try to leave, and he suddenly has a different answer: It will help him if I stay. He says they're printing it out right then. I felt lied to. I feel alarmed.
Perhaps five minutes later, I tell him I am leaving, and am stopped again. I tell him I'm going. He says they can mail the plan to me. I tell them they have my address from the form and I consented on them to have things mailed to me.
He tells me he's going to "Talk to faculty."
I just leave. I had no patience left. I couldn't stay. I had been there under around three hours of sleep, had been put in pain (admittedly unavoidable
considering the state of my mouth, but still) by them measuring periodontal stuff under my teeth via inserting a pokey instrument in between the sensitive gum-flesh around my teeth, and I just wanted to go home.
I feel manipulated, and like it was a cruel and purposeful waste of my time. The only reason this wasn't the biggest and worst waste of my time I've had with dentists is that I didn't have to drive two hours to get here like another dentist I went to, who was much more straightforward with me about how they can't help me.
After I got there.
