Fue la única dentista que dio con mi problema, luego de recurrir con otros. Me atendieron rápido y sin espera. Ella es muy amable, hasta el momento no tengo quejas.

Hicimos cita hace un tiempo atrás y al llamar para confirmar la fecha, el señor malcriado nos dice que no aparecemos en su sistema. Nos fuimos a otro dentista en San Juan donde nos dan excelente servicio. En PR no hay médico que den a bastó y los pocos que quedan son entre lo mejor y lo peor, no hay entremedio.

Con solo una llamada se puede identificar el mal servicio. Hombre que contesta el teléfono amargado y altanero sin poder contestar preguntas. Se nota el rencor y el mal trato en una llamada. Horrible experiencia teléfonica! No recomiendo ni que llamen, pq te tratarán mal, si es la misma persona que me atendió (hombre amargado).

Horrible servicio al atender via teléfono..en ningun momento se presentaron y básicamente hice las preguntas si era la oficina de la dentistas, si estaban tomando clientes..dijo que no y colgó. No entiendo, como es que hacen el proceso si es via internet o si no se puede llamar a la oficina o como era que habia que hacer para una cita. Dos palabras el que atendió ,hola..no..... bueno a tomar el servicio con otro entonces.

La peor dentista en PR siempre la Dra Cabrera me aprovecho en una visita para tratarme mis 20 problemas para beneficiarse y facturar a mi plan. Me dio alternativas descabelladas y sin vuelta atrás. Me atendí en otro dentista y trabajaron mis casos muy alejado de sus alternativas. Si quieren sufrir asistan a ella, suerte!
