Everyone in the office was very friendly. And I can't say enough good things about the hygienist, Mandy. She is so kind and explained everything. The cleaning was was high quality but was fast and efficient with minimal pain. I don't want anyone else to clean my teeth going forward. Mandy is the best! This place seemed pricey at first, but they ended up quoting me half the price of some other places. And the quality service was worth the money!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not ONCE have I gone in and not had any issues. I came in for a broken tooth and they had me come back twice since there machine was broken. I didn’t blame them, it was just an inconvenience but you would think maybe they would discount something for the inconvenience. The times I have came in for a cleaning they tell me insurance is covering x amount and I pay every time at the end of the appointment and they turn around and always send a bigger bill back to me, which seems more than what I was quoted for before insurance was even added. I’ve been put on hold talking about the bills to just be hung up on and ME always calling back to resolve these issues about paying THEM. My last and FINAL time I went in for my cleaning they didn’t even floss at the end and tried to charge me for fluoride I never received. The cleaning was done so quickly since they wanted to go home, I wish they would have just rescheduled me. This place is terrible, don’t waste your time or money. If you don’t know much about dental work definitely stay clear of this place because they will charge you for things that they haven’t done. They ended up taking my last cleaning off since they found out that they pretty much just put toothpaste on my teeth… which I can do at home. I’ve never had issues like this with any other dentist and am so happy I switched away from this AWFUL place. BEWARE

A couple of years ago I went to their office to get a simple filling and I ended up getting an expensive crown and a root canal. I didn't feel any pain in my tooth before my appointment but an hour after they had put the crown, I started feeling severe and intense pain. I called to set up a new appointment asap, the sooner they could schedule the appointment was after 5 days. When I saw their dentist, he said the pain should be over soon. The pain got worse and they left me in severe pain for 12 more days! until they finally proceeded with a root canal. This same situation happened to me not only once but TWICE! They also gave me the same dentist the second time! You go for a simple filling and ended up being in severe pain for 2 weeks and pay lots of money in expensive crowns and root canals. What it is unacceptable is their lack of empathy toward their patients. I decide not to come back to this place. For my big surprise I learned that they also overcharge their clients. At Longmont Modern Dentistry I received an estimate of $450 (after applying my dental insurance to my bill) to perform an in-lay in a broken tooth. My new dentist, a local business, charged me $49 for the same procedure. Totally avoid this place if you don't want to pay a lot extra when you don't have to.

I just had my teeth cleaned at Longmont dentistry with Mandy. This was by far the best appointment I’ve had with a dental hygienist in the last 50 plus years. She was very thorough, professional, efficient, gentle, and explained everything that she was doing. I only wish I would’ve found her years ago. I would totally recommend her 100% to all of my family and friends and anyone looking to have a great experience at the dentist office.

I really wanted to like this dentist – I really, really did. We moved to the area on short notice and wanted to get as much dental work done before the end of the year as we could because we needed to keep putting it on hold due to emergent personal issues. I chose this practice because their website says that they follow CDC recommendations for COVID-19. When I went to my appointment, however, most of the office staff did not wear masks despite the high levels of community spread and the CDC masking recommendation. I get it, we’re all tired of COVID, but this is a medical office – and more importantly, a medical office where patients do NOT have the option to protect themselves by masking due to the nature of the procedures offered.
I contacted the office to ask about the discrepancy between their published health and safety protocol and their actual protocol and received no response to my inquiry. Of course, they did call to remind me of my appointments, even after I asked them to cancel all my appointments due to their dismissal of my concerns.
This practice might have been fine enough for a dentist, except for the obvious fact that generally when I see a medical provider, I want to them to help me get well – not sicker than I was before I walked in.
We didn’t get to use our dental benefits before the end of the year because I wasted my time making appointments at this office instead of at an office that actually values the health and safety of their patients. Since this practice wasted my time and money, we are unlikely to return and unlikely to recommend this office to anyone else.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Took care of me very well. I will be back for more assistance with my dental health. They took their time with me, but in a well paced manor. I was left waiting and wondering very little. Also very kind and friendly, I intend on bringing my children here in the future. Great service!

I have not had a good dentist experience until I met Dr. Burana and his team. I have felt shamed in the past by other dentists but Dr. Burana and his team really did put me at ease. He stopped when he noticed I was in discomfort and walked me through every procedure step by step. I am now in love with my smile.

Just want to take a moment to give a shoutout to Dr. Adam Holowecky for going above and beyond. He was very meticulous and knowledgeable. He took the time to ensure that everything lined up perfectly and followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied. I left my long time dentist and I finally found a perfect replacement! They even let me pick the music to listen to during my treatment. Thank you very much LMD!!!

My husband went in last year to get two implants. Towards the end of the year they asked him to pay for the rest of the procedure and they were just waiting to do the final step. He went in for the next step and he now owes $3000 more. So two implants totaling around $12,000. They didn’t tell us that any switch of insurence would affect something he already paid for. Maybe this is something they should warn of future clients? Most people are presented with new insurence options each year through their employer. Maybe when talking someone into starting a costly dental procedure they should warn of the possible financial outcome changing. So my family has paid over $14,000 out of pocket in less than a year with this business and the lack of common courtesy is gross. I think we will be looking for a new office that cares a little bit more about their clients and not just sending us through their well oiled machine of procedures and getting payment. I talked with someone about this and was basically told “sorry, that’s the patients responsibility” which I get, but also your estimate means NOTHING if getting things done towards the end of the year. Especially if your employer changes insurence options.
