New Patient Review: I just moved to Jacksonville and chose Today's Dentistry based on the reviews (ignoring the negative ones) and I am so glad I did. They were extremely kind, personable, professional and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming. They took time with you to explain everything going on, discuss options, and it did not feel rushed or forced. My dental hygienist was amazing! And the tech they use to show your teeth in 3D for you is really cool, something I've never seen before but thoroughly enjoyed being able to see what the hygienist was referring to. I am 100% going to stick with them and recommend them to anyone looking.

Top notch operation. I spoke with Tiffany on the first call and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Todays visit allowed me to meet more of the office staff and hygienist. I have a dental background and I was extremely pleased with the communication and flow of the office. As well as the cleanliness. Then I met Dr Clark. Very personable and really took time to do thorough exam and answer all my questions. Great experience and would highly recommend.

From the level of care to the convenient location and early start time. ⏰Nela my dental hygienist she was so personable, knowledgeable, someone that truly cares what a breathe of fresh air. ❤️🧘‍♀️❤️Encounters,Errands business providing a service etc. have become so automated and bland,
This place is so far from that.
The office was immaculate and the software they use was the newest,coolest stuff I have ever seen, the decor like every aspect of this facility had the boxes 📦 checked.
You can see they strive to be exceptional !
Mr.Clark the head DMD was cool as a cucumber and so smooth. Tiff is such a great part of the team also, (finance)her smile radiates. I got a great pricing on Invisalign which she assisted with, happy camper. My insurance had me walk out with x-rays and cleaning free of charge. This experience literally made my day ☀️🫶
This place really has that family vibe and am glad to now call it my personal dentist.

The service I received today was excellent! They did not have any surprise or hidden fees like another dentist that I went to here in Jacksonville. I am from Cleveland and they made me feel very comfortable and at home. I went to another dentist a year ago, I wish I found them first. They exceeded all my expectations and we’re all very friendly and extremely professional.

This was my first visit there and it went amazing. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and courteous. I'm glad I have a new dentistry home. I really enjoyed my visit. Definitely will be referring my family members.

I've been known to shy away from the dentist but after visiting this office I am proud to say not any more, the staff at this office are amazing, they take the time to explain everything they are doing to you and they are thoroughly professional. I would definitely recommend this office to all of my family and friends.

Everything was fine until I started being over charged!! I called in about a bill that i received a month ago. Initially, the lady over the phone asked me to disregard the bill and she would have the billing mgr call me. As i looked closer at the bill, i noticed I had not been given credit for my out of pocket pay. I received a call about confirming my apt and this young lady said I had a balance. I am still waiting for someone to go over this with me as I have just received another bill less detailed than the last. It really creates a distrust when you can't get someone to talk to you about your bill. I already felt like I was over charged!! After 3 promises of a return call, i still hadn't hadn't heard from anyone other than offering another apt. Smh. Pay attention to your bills and explanation of benefits from your insurance company!!

I was looking for a clinic to get a professional dental cleaning and was told that for new clients they have a special offer of $79 for cleaning + x-rays. When I came to the appointment, I was told that the $79 price does not actually include a deep cleaning and that it costs more. I had a regular cleaning, after that, when I came home, I found my teeth still dirty and the remains of stones on them. In the end, when calculating, my price increased from $79 to $109 dollars, including a mouthwash that I did not order, no one asked me if I wanted to buy it or not, I was put before the fact. I ended up paying $109 and didn't get any results from this visit, I still need a cleaning. During the visit, it looked as if the staff were trying in every way to impose something on me, trying to impose treatment that I did not need. It's a pity that they couldn't handle such a simple task as cleaning, I was definitely there for the first and last time!

Dr.Clark and his staff were very professional. Dr.Clark made me feel at ease during my procedure today. My family and I have been patient's for years.I highly recommend Today's Denistry of Jacksonville. .
