Dr.Mejia and her staff are always professional,kind,and caring. Recommended this dental office for anyone looking for quality dental care. I always leave better than I arrived.

I live about 45 min away however once you go to this dental office there is no reason to look any further. They staff is kind, Dr Mejia is brilliant, each hygienist is so great! I’ve been coming there for about 3-4+ years and enjoy the expierience each time. Thankful for them. If you’re in need of a dentist in the Miami/Broward area this is the place to go!

I have been seeing Dr. Mejia for the last 16yrs. She has always been wonderful with me! Her staff is very personable and they cater to you as an individual patient. Her office is in a great location, it's very clean and comfortable. I mentioned to her that I want my teeth in great health for as long as possible unlike my parents who have had to get A LOT of dental work due to poor dental care in the "old days" in their home country. She advised me to continue brushing and flossing every morning and night, and to continue seeing her yearly for deep cleanings. So far so good! The worst I've had is getting a few cavities filled here and there. I am such a baby when it comes to dental work, but Dr. Mejia is very delicate. I definitely trust her as my dentist, and wholeheartedly recommend her!

My first experience at this dental office was more than great!! I usually get panic attacks at the dentist office to the point where rescue is called. So when I first walked in I was super nervous but the front office girl was very pleasant. Once I was in the back the tech was also really good and pleasant. I than met the Dr. who may I say has been the best dentist I have meet so far. She sat with me and explain everything step by step in details. Went over my heart issues and explain what I had to do prior to any procedure. So I need a lot of work done which I know I need, but yet I was freaking out, first up would be deep cleaning. May I say I was dying hands sweating shaking and all. Once I sat in that chair the tech that did my cleaning explain everything as she worked, made me feel so comfortable pillow and all. Let me just say it didn’t hurt, I didn’t feel anything not the needle, not the noisy machine, nothing. The next day I came in and sat myself in the chair and was so ready. This tech is THE BEST she told me her name but I was so nerves that it rang in my ear. But she is truly AMAZING just like the Dr, I haven’t done my cavities yet with the doc but am sure I’ll be ok. The office staff couldn’t be any better very nice, polity ladies. I would not be going any where else and have already recommended them to a few friends.

There are a lot of dental offices in the area. Don't settle for this one. When I arrived for my appointment I was informed that they had cancelled via voicemail. I was out of the country without my phone when they said they cancelled. I wasted half a day of work on a busy day to make my appointment. If I had cancelled within 24 hours I would have had to pay $25. The least they could have done was follow up and speak with me to cancel. This was a very poor business practice and I am happy to take my business to a more compitent dental office. I recommend Pembroke Beautiful Smiles.

Dr. Mejia has been my dentist for over 6 years and I have been very happy with their service. She is very professional, has great spirit and always happy to share her personal experience. The front desk makes you feel welcomed.I never have to wait more than 10mns of my scheduled appointments.

First appointment- The service I received was beyond outstanding. From the receptionist to hygeniest Marietta to Dr Mejia. They were all very informative and the customer service blew me away. I typically hate going to the dentist but Dr Mejia made me feel so comfortable and she was so very patient in explaining ALL services to me. Her knowledge and expertise was the best I have ever experienced at any dentist office. I have already recommended my husband and mother in law to make an appointment very soon. The receptionist reached out to my insurance and got everything approved prior to me making my appointment for a deep cleaning. While I did have to pay a part of the coverage, i was very relieved to know prior to sitting in the chair that my insurance was pre covered. - *hopefully no hidden fees will arise*

Follow up appointment- Marietta was the best! I was always scared of the dentist. I have never quite found a dentist that was so gentle especially with a deep cleaning. I almost fell asleep in the chair. When Marietta told me the anesthesia was the most pain I would feel, I could not believe it because I barely felt the injection. She was very nice throughout the entire process. Always asking if I was okay or letting me know everything she did every step of the way. I recommend her to anyone. I now have found my home for dentistry! Thank you Marietta and Dr Mejia for always being so professional and careful. I am no longer scared to visit the dentist!

My experience at this dental office was extraordinary! Dr. Mejia and her staff expertly anatomized the elements of time, cleanliness, dental treatment, and post recovery plans resulting in a superior dental classification. I recommend this location to friends, family, and all professions, including members of the Armed Forces of the United States of America.

My first impression about Dr. Mejia dental practice was great. Dr. Mejia acted very professional, took time to explain all procedures in detail to make me feel comfortable with the process.

Because I needed to do an implant I was referred to Dr. Judith Lubin, DMD PA who is an oral surgeon that works with Dr. Mejia. Initial interaction was okay, but the more interactions I had the more doubts appeared in my mind. She doesn’t take time to explain process and very pushy about optional procedures. Shows facial disappointment if you start questioning procedures she recommends. The other thing that I felt was very unprofessional is the fact that she spoke to me more in Spanish than English even though I don't speak Spanish.

My Overall experience is negative because I wasted a lot of time, money and didn’t have any progress. I felt like Dr. Judith Lubin, DMD PA is not scrupulous or professional enough. In my opinion it’s mainly the doctor's responsibility to build trust and make the patient feel comfortable with a procedure. When a doctor is not capable to clearly explain the procedure you start questioning doctor’s expertise.

In the end of course I had to change my oral surgeon and I requested my x rays. I was told I have to pay for them separately, even though I paid for the exam itself. I’m glad I had a chance to get at least a copy of my “CT Scan” prior, that I paid $350, because they didn’t want to give me a copy of that either.

This office DOES NOT qualify for a one star!! There thrifts. Expect to come in for a certain appointment they’ll change it and still charge your insurance for services you didn’t even received and on top of it they want you to pay additional out of pocket… took X-rays and the DR didn’t even go over it neither did she knew my wisdom tooth were all taken out!! Why did you take X-rays if you don’t even review them! EVERYTIME YOU COME IN THEY CHARGE YOU WITH THIS WIRDS SPECIFICALLY “INS DIDNT WANT TO PAY YOUR LAST VISIT” which is not even coded correctly. Ohh wait!! LETS NOT FORGET THE FRASE “WE ALSO GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT!!” DONT WASTE YOUR TIME NEITHER YOUR MONEY. It isn’t worth it!!!!!
