Great first experience in this dental office. The staff are very punctual, friendly, and made my experience a 10/10. I went in for a cleaning which was thorough yet quick. The follow up with Dr. Johnson directly after the cleaning was very informative to my current dental needs. He made me feel like my teeth were his teeth if you will. I know the importance of dental health and I could tell he is very passionate about getting the correct information to his clients for their benefit. Definitely recommend!

I was very impressed with this Dentist and his staff. My daughter (14) is nervous about the dentist and the staff there was gentle and patient. They gave her a blanket to have her during the procedure and wouldn’t start until she was ready.
My daughter left there happy and she hasn’t left a dentist happy in a while (even from just routine cleanings…which were aggressive at previous dentists).
I drive 40 minutes to this dentist and it is worth it because of their service and patient care.

Such a nice dental clinic! Super friendly staff. The dental assistants are super supportive and patient. I love everyone there and I super recommend it! I wanna bring all my friends here because I know for certain they all will love it as I do.

I don’t know how this place is so highly rated. I was informed I had two cavities and to get them filled with my delta dental insurance would be over $500 for two cavity fillings. They wanted me to do it that day. I didn’t have a good feeling about it, I didn’t trust them. I didn’t get the cavities filled and I didn’t return to this dentist office. Fast forward 8 months and I go to a different dentist and they tell me I have no cavities. What a scam by Diamond Head Dental!! Also during my visit I was told by the dentist “You’re doing to lose all the teeth you don’t floss.” If you want to trust your dentist and not get scammed and not be talked rudely to- don’t go here! Do NOT recommend this office. Was told I had two cavities and I didn’t!!

Great customer service. Dr. Jackson & his assistant, Jessica, did an amazing job with my filling. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with numbing, but Dr. Jackson was quick and Jessica was there the entire time keeping my anxiety to a minimum. I refer all of my friends, family, & coworkers to this office, and I will continue to do so. I am very pleased with my recent experience & I actually look forward to my next visit.

I had my first cleaning today at Diamond Head, and I'm really pleased. I was greeted when I walked in the door! I signed papers but it wasn’t too much like other places. I was seen right away. Clean office and friendly staff. The Hygienist Chantel is gentle and thorough, and she was great and was very thorough in her work, she made me comfortable. Dr. Matto listened to my concerns very well. Amber the assistant was really nice and listened to my concerns as well. The staff were friendly and knew what they were doing. Their facility was super clean. And there also opened on the weekend. I would recommend this location and office.

Good experience from start to finish. I had to wIt less than 5 minutes . Everyone was nice and helpful. The technician was gentle but, thorough. I purchased one of the plans so there was no bill for the visit. Surprisingly affordable!
