Beautiful clean office, no pain cleaning X-ray and checkup. Great day to spend my afternoon with competent staff and dentist. Was super easy to make and change my appointments I appreciate their flexibility.

I needed some emergency dental work while visiting family on Oahu. Dr Leongs office set up a quick appointment and got me in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upbeat and positive people. Great over all experience.

Several people recommended this dental office and I’m so glad they did. I can say I no longer dread going to the dentist. The whole staff was so nice and professional. They get you in quickly and when needing further procedures they are able to schedule them quickly as well. I had to get some procedures done and was very anxious about it but Dr Leong was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and wasn’t in any pain. They are definitely the best Dental Practice I’ve experienced in my 43 years.

My mom and I are the first to change from our family dentist after they retired and sold it. This was our first visit and they are just awesome! Customer service was great! Everyone was polite. The hygienists did great jobs and Dr. Leong was patient and took the time to introduce himself and explain things. The roons were super clean and even had TVs. My mom doesn't like the dentist, but absolutely fell in love with place. This visit was a great view of what their other staff and location is probably like. I highly recommend!

They got me in so fast when I broke a tooth! And they did an awesome job! I don’t usually compliment dentists… since I have been deathly afraid to let them do any work on my mouth for as long as I can remember. But Dr Leong and associates have made me feel at ease! They are always sure I am comfortable. Explain procedures and make sure I am not feeling pain. THANK YOU To everyone at Dr Leongs office for making what use to be dreaded event, into something I don’t mind doing!! 🤙🏼

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had. The customer service was excellent, the time of my procedure was not long at all, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend Dr. Leong for all of your dental work!!

So, for the most part the visit was great. I wish I knew the names of hygienists. The one for myself was fabulous. So friendly.
The hygienist my 12 yr old son had, on the other hand was very impatient and rude. Her tone was condescending. She didn't like that my son wanted to hear the TV as a distraction. She told me x-rays couldn't be done because he has braces. Not true. This is his 2nd time with braces and they did them with no issues in Maryland. She was just too impatient because he didn't like how the bite wings felt. Instead of helping him, she just gave up and rudely told me "I'm just not gonna try."
So, our next appt in 6 months I scheduled him with the wonderful hygienist I had. She's so much better.

For me going to dentist is not an unpleasant experience because Dentists and staff at Leong's Family Dental in Kapolei and Mapunapuna are the best! Professional, friendly, thorough, knowlegable, etc.. Facilities are clean and comfortable. I go to Kapolei because its closer to home and parking a little easier. I refer all my family and friends ti them.

Kapolei office is very Comfortable. I recently had my mother change her dentist to mine and she really loves the up to date environment. Dr is very gentle in cleaning and she is very Happy with the service of all personnel. Mahalo for your professionalism.
