Best experience I've had at a dentist, personally. Had a tooth extracted, i did request nitrous as I am a very, very anxious patient. Esteban was very nice and helpful - favorite nurse! He made it a lot more calming for me. Dr Patel was very quick, with little pain! Ladies up front were very busy but still very nice! I'll be back for sure! Thank you all!

Dental fields is amazing I’m so happy with their customer service and how they treat their clients. This was my first appointment with them and they treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. Lisette the front desk receptionist is so nice and respectful she made sure everything was handled under good care. Dr. Sarah was amazing as well she made sure I was comfortable and taken care of she really cares for her patients. If you are looking for a well mannered and welcoming dental office Dental fields is the way to go. 10/10.

The front office staff are lovely; they treat everyone with warmth and respect. The dental staff are friendly and professional, and they all take special care of clients who are apprehensive. Every team member works hard to make going to the dentist a positive experience.

You can’t get any work done on the same day as visits was before, and it’s always crowded. Even though nobody have on a mask in the waiting area, the dentist are very clean.
After my check up they wiped down everything, wear mask, and always change their gloves.
The dentist couldn’t do work on my son and no pediatric dentist link with them takes his insurance but he was able to get a cleaning and was comfortable. He doesn’t do well in unfamiliar places so I had him sit where he could see me and a lady checked on him while doing my X-ray.
Will come back but would schedule with the dentist I usually see for a 2nd opinion.

This morning I saw Dr. Erid and dental assistant Krysta, this was arguably the most comfortable and understanding dental appointment I’ve had in a very long time. My options and pricing were explained to me clearly and I didn’t feel like I was being judged for asking necessary questions. I am confident for my returning appointments. The reception ladies are great as well! Thank you!

Great place my dentist always makes sure I’m comfortable. And the front staff is always friendly especially Laura always makes me laugh. I have already recommended Dental Fields to my. Now recommending to anyone else who is reading this.

Super disappointed after I got my second cleaning with this company. First cleaning was alright but figured I’d give them another shot. I went in yesterday for a regular cleaning. I have a retainer on the back of my bottom teeth (didn’t have an issue with it moving or feeling loose) the doctor who worked on me definitely knocked one side loose during my cleaning. He told me it was loose and that I could get it fixed… as I should? I felt it pop off when he was cleaning and would have loved for him to take accountability. Instead he blamed me for it and now I have to pay money to get it fixed. I called the front desk to ask if they could AT LEAST reimburse me or glue it back on complimentary. The nurse on the phone claimed the doctor didn’t break it. Proceeded to say I don’t get enough cleanings (I go twice a year). Poor customer service on her part. also said the doctor told me before the cleaning that it was loose… and he definitely did not. He told me as soon as HE broke it himself. The doctor didn’t leave any “notes of it being broken or loose but “remembers” it being loose before he started. Scam to say the least.

My mom went in for a cleaning to this place and I cannot express how bad of experience she had. They told her they couldn’t do a cleaning without having a treatment done that would have cost well over $2,000. Seems like they like to prey on the vulnerable and people without a ton of money. They still charged her for X-rays and a quick check, not even a cleaning. Don’t go here if you like to support small, local business that are honest and care for their patients. Clearly, they don’t.

So far my experience here at Dental fields have been wonderful. Also my 13 year old feels comfortable. The front desk are very kind and polite. Dr. Erid and Dr Omar are very thorough and the dental assistants are great too. Such a wonderful staff overall!

Dr Omar is personable, knowledgeable and compassionate! Kyra took the X-rays and assisted with my teeth cleaning and she is so sweet. Needless to say that my first visit was wonderful. I called & was able to get an appointment set up in a couple of days. Front desk staff was friendly, waiting room, exam room and bathroom was sparkling clean. They submitted a pre approval for a crown promptly & I was approved for a crown in less than a week! Thanks, Dr Omar & staff! See you soon.
