Hygienist and doctor my husband enjoyed working with. The hygienist was very nice and very helpful. I had a finance is and ask a question I got and abrupt no from the front desk and she could not hang up fast enough. I stopped her to ask question got another abrupt no and she hung up fast. MY question was more for the Dentist and not directed at her. She should have asked the doctor. I like the place until I was treated poorly by receptionist. My daughter uses a MidWest Dental in Waverly Iowa and loves it. I am just steamed because she answered a Dr.s question that she had no business answering.

Great staff and awesome Dentist.
I can only give a 4 star rating since I feel the business needs another qualified Dentist working in the Kewanee location to handle patient needs. I truly worry about losing another tooth before being scheduled in a timely manner. They are so booked out that it is impossible to get in when needed. Resulting in major problems before they can get to them. Routine exams are no problem to book . Other services are very difficult to book in a timely manner.

Very friendly, professional staff and a comfortable office environment. Very helpful acting as liaison with the insurance company. The Dr. communicated well about the procedure and made me feel welcome to ask questions. Not that I will be looking forward to my next trip to the dentist (not a big fan of visits to the dentist), but the procedure was almost painless. As a card carrying odontophobe, I highly recomend Midwest Dental.

All the staff and Dr. Naert were very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable.
The office and treatment rooms were very clean and up to date.
