Aspen Dental

The visit went wonderfully. They helped me get financing for the work that needs to be done. They got my appointment set up as quickly as possible for my tooth pain. They where very kind and courteous, and seemed to be understanding of my financial responsibilities. The dentist was very kind. I think i made a good choice in going to Aspen, contrary to what i have been told.

They were very good today! The staff was amazing from start at check in, to the dental hygenist, to the xray technicians, the dentist himself and the office manager at finish! For the first time in days, I felt like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders. They addressed my needs and came up with a clear cut treatment plan and now I know what to expect. The dentist I believe was named Dr. Wu was very nice and very attentive. This coming from a person that prefers female doctors. He knew exactly what I needed and is going to help me. I highly recommend going here for your dental needs! You also know your costs upfront. They even help you with financing if you need it! Great place! Great staff and they really care about you!

I have had an awesome experience here. Dr. Woo is a fantastic dentist!!!! The staff is fun, friendly, and professional. Most importantly, the quality of work is superior.

They turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. The general manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. The employees were all courteous. I was very pleased with my visit today.

I don't plan on coming ever again! I never been to aspen before. I just needed 2 teeth to be filled. Schedule an appointment on Monday 10:15 got there 9:40 didn't get called til 11. 3 people came in after me got called before. Than when they finally called did an exam the lady said exactly "you have gum disease & you need to get them done before they fall out ". I told her they don't hurt she goes "well gum disease doesn't have symptoms it's like cancer" So she said the doctor will come talk to u about scheduling & pricing. Waited another 15 mins I asked u know how much longer he will tske cause I have been here for almost 3 hrs. She goes he doing surgery the surgery toke bit longer. I told her can I just call back cause I legit schedule and appointment to avoid waiting I have legit been here for 3 years .I'm going somewhere else cause you all don't care about new patience

Very friendly, tried to take care of all my concerns and needs. My very first appointment, when I started to leave my car wouldn't start and one of the employees went out in the pouring rain and got my car jumped for me. Now that's service. Thank you Aspen Dental!!

Aspen Dental is the best dentist office I believe you could ever go to they're all friendly as if they've known you all your life they let you know exactly what they're going to do and give you several options if necessary this is my second visit I already have another appointment scheduled for them to fix my tooth I was so happy with them getting me back in as soon as possible Dr. Woo is just great if you need a dentist contact these people you won't regret it I wish there was something more I could do then just leave a review thank you Aspen Dental

It wasn't as bad I I was expecting it to be .didn't take long to get in and out .the dentist was great .but the girl who helped him was amazing very sweet here name was Jenna I think .but she was very nice and sweet

I was told in a followup call after checking to be sure that my marketplace insurance would be accepted, that it would. When I called to confirm my appointment, the front desk woman told me it was not. Terrible communication within the company. Very disappointing.

Appointment was scheduled 1 week in advance for 9:30 am to start rebuilding a broken front tooth crown. Arrived at 9:25 am. Told "we're short one assistant today so we're running a bit late." Seated in the treatment chair at 10:30 am. Told a few minutes later, "we haven't forgotten about you. " Left alone until 11. Told I had to have teeth cleaned before any treatment could start. That couldn't be scheduled until 19 days from now.

If you can find any dental practice in Evansville that gives better timely service, go there.
Edit: FYI, after I posted this honest review, I received a letter by carrier, informing me that I could no longer receive service from any Aspen Dental Clinic. My appt. was canceled. I contacted another dentist, got in within the week, had the work done and paid 50% LESS than Aspen Dental wanted to charge.
