I owe another big thank you to Harris and Harris Dentistry for the services they have provided for my family. Recently after a long weekend of unbearable tooth pain, I called the office before they were even scheduled to be opened on that Monday morning. The receptionist said to come right in and when I arrived they immediately took me back to the exam room and started X-rays , consultation and treatment. They were courteous and took necessary steps immediately to resolve the issue I had. Thank you again and God bless you for your dedication and loyal service to our community for all of these years!

Everyone was super friendly. Doctor explained procedure very well and made sure I had no questions or concerns. I found it very nice that all of their staff seemed to be bilingual and also spoke Spanish.

Zero stars if it were possible.
After waiting in the lobby for over an hour, listening to receptionist drama……. I get called back just to get disrespected by Dr. Harris. He was beyond rude and aggressive with me for no reason. I’m glad he showed me his true colors. I would not want him anywhere near me with sharp instruments.

It would be helpful if when the client is 100 years old, that you don't waste your time and mine with questions like have you ever had surgery, if so list them. For one if I actually listed every one, it can't be written in one or 2 blank lines. Why don't you ask for the most major surgeries or the most recent? Do you really want to know what surgeries took place over 30,40,50,60,70,or 80 yrs. ago. Doubt it, unless it was a major one. How about all the questions of have you ever had problems with sinus, tonsillitis,
respiratory, digestion, diarrhea,etc. Isn't it likely that we all have had at one time these things, but not necessarily a regular problem. Then to ask each time you visit the dentist. Would it be better to ask do you have problems regularly with (give the list)? Nice that you provided some space for any particular health problems or concern. Not really needing a full physical here.

They are wonderful. I go to a new lady dentist there and she is very good. Very kind. Just awesome and here helper. I wish I remembered there names. ❤️🙏🏻

Dr. Mike has been my dentist since he established his practice here in Garden City. His son is in with him also and they both provide up to date dental care to their patients. I have no complaints and have received excellent care since day one! The staff is very friendly giving experienced and professional service to all.

The front staff is constantly changing. When you walk in they sit there and never greet you or even look up One time they forgot to let the dentist know I was there. I fell asleep because I was working nights at the time for 30 minutes. When I went up front to ask when I was going to be seen they said "oops we forgot about you, we will need to reschedule ". Back end staff are amazing but until the front end is fixed they will continue to have issues.

I will never go to any other dentist in town it’s like cheating. I love these tooth fairies as I call them since they do miracles on our mouths. Super satisfied every visit. As an adult I want spontaneous teeth. Thank you

In all honesty, my experience with this office has not been satisfying, nor helpful in any way. The receptionists are so rude, it didn’t feel like anyone actually cared about getting my teeth to look like how my teeth used to look like, they didn’t request pictures or ask what my teeth used to look like, and when I received my dentures they didn’t fit my mouth right, and the first thing my daughter had told me was I didn’t look like me. And I didn’t the teeth were so small compared to my original teeth. I will not even be taking my business back to this dentists office, because its not worth it at all. You’d think people in the medical field would actually care about helping you reach your goals. They left me in worse shape than I was when I went in. My name is Travis Smith, my daughter let me use her phone to post my review. I hope people have had better experiences with this office, than I have.
