The staff at Lamendola Dentistry is more than amazing, I’ve been to several dentist but none like this. Their facility is always clean and smelling good, bathrooms a plus, and excellent service, always nice n polite, they offer blankets, headphones and eye masks during your procedure. They made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. I even stopped in to make an appointment and they got me in right then and there. Very impressive. I can not speak higher of Dr Bourgeois and his amazing team!! I have severe dental anxiety that prevented me from going to the dentist in over 15yrs. Got bad enough I had to go. Went to another dentist that just reinforced my anxiety. So by the time I got to Dr B, just the sight of the chair had me panicking and blubbering crying. The first time I meet him he said it was his job to make the chair less scary, and he has.
His team is so sweet and genuine. Never once made me feel bad for my anxiety or made me feel like I was the difficult pt on their schedule that day. They work so hard to make it as comfortable as possible and are so gentle. After having a couple different procedures with him, I have so much trust in him. Every time it went just how he said it would and the recovery is what he said it would be.
There is no upselling, he is very considerate to do what’s best for your health in your budget with no judgment.
I went in with an ugly mess of a mouth and came out with a beautiful smile.
I am forever grateful to this team for being so caring and all the work they did to help me get to a better place with my dental anxiety. If they can help me, I know they can help you!

Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I had an implant with crown and an old crown replaced in addition to routine hygienists visits over the past 2 yrs. Everyone was professional and helpful. I was very satisfied with every visit.

Literally had the best experience today. They actually care about the customers and treat you with the upmost respect. I’m usually terrified of the dentist because of all the past bad experiences at other places but this place put me at ease and also very affordable. Truly excited to visit again.

This was our first visit. Very nice facility. Lobby is not kid friendly though. It was me and my 3 children. I had a friend with me to watch my baby. They took me back before my children so had I have been by myself I don't know what they would have done. Also, out of the 4-5 people that I spoke to only 1 person introduced themselves. My appointment itself felt kind of rushed. I guess because we were the last patients of the day. My teeth were checked by the dr before being cleaned, which I've never had done anywhere. The hygienist did not polish my teeth either, she said my gums looked irritated and she didn't want the polish to get under them. I don't know if we will return. My husband on the other hand had a decent experience. He did say only 1 person introduced themselves and they did not ask him what flavor he wanted for his polish. They started using mint and he had to ask for a different flavor because he does not like mint. I would not recommend for people who want an inviting/personable dentist.
