Bethesda Family Dentistry

I've been seeing Dr. Cuevas for five years and I highly recommend her. She's an excellent dentist. Very honest and extremely ethical. She is also a lovely person who truly cares about her patients. My whole family is seen in Bethesda Family Dentist and all my friends who have come here have been equally as happy as well! You won't regret coming here. The whole staff is wonderful! It's a very well run office and they all go above and beyond to help.

I can’t express how angry I am on this clinic! After my first appointment, Dr. Tebb told me that I need to do filling, and because it was the end of the year, it is better to do it as soon as possible because I haven’t used much of my insurance. By then, I was so touched and thought she was so sweet to say so and she did seems like a nice person and caring person. I want to keep my teeth healthy, so I came later to do the filling without questioning. I thought it was only 1 or 2 at most based on our conversation. I didn’t feel suspicious until the doctor drilled 3 of my teeth (without telling me), and told me there are still 4 more to go! I started to feel suspicious and told them to stop. Since then, I have consulted at least three other well reputed dentists in the area and they all said only one of my teeth needs to be filled, the rest are completely healthy!

I then specifically googled Dr Tebb and checked some reviews on her. It seems like many people have suffered from the unnecessary drilling/filling by her. I feel so regret that I haven’t read those before.

It’s been almost a year and one site of my fillings is still sensitive to sweets.

I saw Dr Lee for a dental treatment. The office email me the estimate then ask me to make an appointment. Because I had insurance I ask them to submit the estimate to the insurance first, that they refused to do so. I call the office multiple times for them to send the estimate to the Insurance they did do it because they wanted to pay money without sending it to the insurance that covers everything for this kind of treatment. I will never recommend a friend to this office because they did not care about my health. I will never go back there. I have a good Insurance that covers everything why do they wanted to charge me. ????

We love Dr. Cuevas. She’s not only an awesome dentist but a great person as well! My whole family’s been with her for over 6 years and she’s the best dentist we’ve ever had. Honest, hard working, nice and an excellent professional. Can’t ask for anything else! Oh yes, the staff is also great!

I received a recommendation from a friend for her dentist Dr Cuevas so I trusted her and scheduled an appointment. She has been nothing but fantastic. Gentle and thorough, very attentive to my comfort and to the details. I’ve now had multiple crown replacements and cavities fixed this year and could not be happier. The team at BFD has always been helpful, efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

I’m really happy as a patient here. The entire staff is friendly and very professional. I dread going to the dentist, but they are very upbeat and gentle. My dentist always makes sure I’m okay and I know my oral health is in good hands here. As long as I remain in the area, I will continue being a customer!

Excellent experience as usual. I was scheduled for a cleaning with Vicki, the hygienist, who was still working on a patient when I arrived for my appointment. Realizing I was on my lunch period from work, Dr. Cuevas quickly started the process until Vicki was able to take over. This was done without me even making the request. I really appreciated Dr. Cuevas respecting & valuing my time sensitive situation. The entire office is always friendly, upbeat and professional.

I had a wonderful experience at Bethesda Family Dentistry with Dr. Brown, including a comprehensive exam, clear explanations throughout the process, and helpful tips to improve my dental care. The bonus of being able to visit the office on Saturdays, so I don't have to take time off from work, ensures that I will be back. So happy to have found my new dentist!

Very good team of Dentists and Staff. From the front desk to the assistants to the dentists! My appointments, even the emergency ones, have been smooth. They made it easy, even during the Pandemic. The only down side is the parking fee, but thats all.

Please be aware of Bethesda Family Dentistry. First of all ,Before go there please please make sure what service you taking and what your insurance will cover. I told you have to know this otherwise they will charge you what ever they want!!! I recommend to Bethesda Family Dentistry please be humble to people and be careful what services you are providing do not harass people. You have to learn firs about your services so don't harass us. Finally I am so sorry for you!!! I am not going to anymore to you!!
