I called to make an appointment i was very clear that i already had a referral and just needed to see if a dentist here would do my oral surgery. I drive 20mins to get there and they don't even do surgery there. They made an appointment for me like it was a regular teeth check. Even though i explained my situation. The ladies at the front were very kind. That's why they get 2 stars. But never coming back.

After my husband did deep cleaning for both sides last year, doctor suggested him to have a teeth cleaning every 3 month. We thought it should be the cleaning for the gum issue this time. However, we don't know why this time doctor just had a regular cleaning for my husband. When she was doing the check up, she seems not to be aware that my husband already had two deep cleaning by her last year. It is not too helpful to his gum issue by only doing regular cleaning. Since last time doctor already had a plan for my husband, we don't know why they didn't follow the plan. It looks like the doctor didn't really take care of the patient. It's really weird to me. Thank you.
