I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist. However, after being referred to Brush & Floss, these days I'm actually looking forward to my visits. Ed and Samantha are wonderful. They truly care about their patients and take the time to ensure each one has a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The office, too, is modern and comfortable and they always have the newest dental technology. I am really thankful to have found this brother and sister team. Aside from being great at what they do, they are really nice people who have built a really cool practice by providing great care. It's a pleasure to support their business.

I had a good experience until I didn't. The dentist in the office seem like really nice people and very welcoming. That receptionist Samantha though, she comes off as very rude and nasty! I can say if you have a child with a disability I wouldn't consider them for dentist work. My child has sickle cell disease and her crisis can hit at any moment and time. In honesty I did miss a few appointments but there were a lot that i did make it to and on time. Anytime that I have missed an appointment its because my child is in the hospital. Who in there right mind thinks to call their dentist and their child is in distress? I recently missed an appointment and was told by the receptionist I could no longer book with them for anything ! I was punished for my child's disability and sent to find another dentist office. Id also like to mention no where is this policy stated nor signed. It does state i will be charged 50.00 but not that I could no longer book. Im so disappointed and hope the the dentist makes better decisions moving forward when it comes to his policy and front desk staff.

Went there for the very first time today Oct 19,2022. Everyone was extremely attentive and nice. Dr. Edward was amazing, explained the whole procedure and made me feel at ease. Beautiful office and awesome prices. I'll definitely return.

My experience here really blew me away , they treated me like family and made me feel comfortable and you can tell they genuinely care about you’re teeth and I felt like I mattered. It was a warm office and very neat. Overall it was the best experience I’ve had and they genuinely care about your teeth & your overall well-being. The office is super trendy & organized & it def did not feel like I was at the dental office, which really helped ease my anxiety. Overall, it was the best experience I’ve had & I recommend everyone to try it

If you hate the dentist this is the place for you!! Dr and hygienist definitely make you feel comfortable and welcomed! I work as a dental assistant for a different company, which I do get free dental work and I definitely prefer using my dental insurance here instead of getting free dental work where I do work. Never in a million years I would change brush & floss as my primary dentist!! Thank you guys for your great work

Referred to Floss and Brush by a family member, who has been a patient for years. She has also referred several friends as well. I scheduled an appointment, but ran a little late due to un for seen circumstance at work. My appointment was scheduled at 1pm, I called, notified Samantha that I would be arriving late, was told that as long as I arrived within 15minute grace period I would be seen. I was at the office at 1:15p, but was told then by Samantha that there was a issue with my insurance. I offered to pay for my cleaning, but Samantha was more concerned at the $50 late fee and told me although I arrived at 1:15pm, I needed to be in the chair. I was blown away, I am willing to pay $250 for my cleaning and you refused to see me and more concerned about a $50 late fee. Unbelievable! I left but called back to request to speak with the manager, Samantha told me she was it and I had to go through her. I knew that this practice was owned by a brother and sister team, so I requested to speak with the dentist or a return call. Samantha placed me on hold, then after a few minutes came back on the line and told me that the dentist was at lunch, but I could send an email. I was still in the area, so I walked back to the office and told Samantha I am willing to wait until the dentist is free, and I did. After about 10 minutes approximately, the dentist came out. I proceeded to try to explain what happened, but he told me that he already knew and that they have a strict late policy. Also that I did not complete all my paperwork in a timely manner, which contributed to the insurance issue at hand. He was very defensive of Samantha's actions and mentioned that this is in place due to high rates of no-shows or late arrivals; he did mention that he appreciated the fact that I called. The bigger issue at hand is that he completely failed to acknowledge that I arrived within the 15 minute window, and I also offered to pay for my services due to the insurance issue. It wasn't until my husband who was present and observed what occurred emphasized that I was present within the allotted window and -- I offered to pay for the services , that the dentist acknowledged that this was poorly handled and apologized. This place looks like an upscale establishment, but good customer skills and communication is lacking. I will not be going back. My sister, her family and friends also will not be going back. Good customer service pays - literally!

Dr. Edward Wysocki it is an absolutely wonderful dentist. His knowledge and skills are absolutely exceptional. He explains everything very clearly and has deep compassion for his patients, he very much cares about the results of the treatment.
In my case. I got a crown. And I would like to tell you that this was a fixer-upper project. My second molar. Was ground down almost all the way. I received the endodontic treatment first with the root canal and then came to him for a crown. He was able to Increase the length of the tooth by laser treatment of the gum tissue and build up a post for the crown. Local anesthesia was highly efficient, and I have not felt any pain during the procedure. The crown that was delivered was an absolutely beautiful gold core for precise fit surrounded by porcelain to help with a beautiful smile. The crown perfectly matched my tooth, and I cannot be happier. Because he saved my tooth. His team is very kind. And friendly. The entire place is Modern and clean and it's just a pleasure to visit the office. Highly, highly recommend. Victor
