Awful experience. Was told at scheduling time they would clarify financial responsibility- show up to appointment they haven't even called the insurance yet. Then they tell me that I have a balance I was JUST billed for at the beginning of the month - refuse to see my daughter for a pediatric cleaning and sealant while waiting to sort it out on a bill that is not even 30 days old, and at the end refused to provide full dental care for my child. .this place is awful and I won't return. Highly unorganized and extremely unprofessional.

After moving to the area from my hometown where I had the privilege of having my uncle as my dentist for much of my life, finding someone to fill his shoes was daunting. I hate the sounds of drills, and experienced immense anxiety at the thought of a new dentist. However, I’ve been seeing Dr Saigh and his wonderful team for five years now and I look forward to my appointments! Dr Saigh provides exceptional care: straightforward and transparent, and thoroughly explains on what I need to do to protect my teeth. I appreciate that they try to keep you with the same hygienist so that relationship is built; Emily is my favorite and always gives feedback on my progress. I always recommend Dr Saigh and Superior Family Dental to anyone looking for quality and efficient dental care.

I had a tooth abscess randomly. I went in, got scheduled for a root canal. I went in for the procedure and had a surprisingly wonderful experience. Dr. Saigh is a wizard with the numbing. I didn’t even feel a pinch. He explained everything he was doing during the process which was awesome. His assistant was also phenomenal. Highly recommend if you’re a nervous dental patient!

There's way too much to post about the unprofessional treatment received starting with the very questionable billing practices.
1. They won't provide me with invoices for myself and my husband so that we can what's being billed.
2. Doesn't honor the two year warranty for work done on teeth. This is the third time the filling fell out in the same tooth and we've been asking to have it repaired either with a crown and put the money owed from the warranty on the filling towards it or refund the money. The office repeatedly ignores our request just like requesting the invoices.
3. Dr. Saigh charges an extra $55.00 to look at your teeth every appointment. Insurance covers one per year so your stuck paying the charge.
4. They over charge and carry a credit on the account without you knowing. Billing is very sketchy.
5. The last teeth cleaning I had there one of their hygienist started by polishing my teeth. I mentioned this to my husband and he said the same thing happened to him. Polished the teeth at the beginning rather than after the teeth are cleaned! That was the first time in 50+ years of teeth cleanings that I left without that freshly cleaned feeling! When I complained to the office manager Lisa she basically said that wasn't so (called us liars) I said get us in the same room and discuss whether or not the cleanings started with polishing. We then received a letter from Dr. Saigh that he would no longer have us as his patients.
6. I can't count how many times I called to speak with Lisa the office manager and was told she was in a meeting! Really?!

It sounds like you have to be there when they call you, not the other way around. I was a returning patient and they would NOT even schedule an appointment because I work out of town a lot. They said, "we're not a good fit". Their words. What do they have? Monthly meetings? Dues? I Pretty much got dumped by the dentist. Don't be honest with them if you work out of town.

I am a 100% disabled Army veteran. I was sent here by the Va. Dr siagh told me my only option was cubic zirconium crowns( research or talk to a real dentist and they will tell you how cheap they are and how hard it is to remove them) he lied to my face as I came to find out, I did have options. He did approximately six months of work as I needed alot of dental work, he would give pain medication at all. I sucked it up and drove on since I needed my teeth fixed and I believed what he told me. Then I had to go to California to take care of my mother as she was dieing. The va calls me in for an annual dental check. All of the work that saigh did was wrong. the margins were all off on the crowns. I then had to have all of it fixed over a period of months. I contacted a lawyer and he said I did have a case although the trip he would have to make from lower Michigan and expenses would be to great so he declined to take my case. I live on a fixed income. So now my only options are to write this, to let people know that you are abusing the system and hurting veterans. Also writing Congress and the OIG. Never go to this dentist if you want your teeth to be taken care of or do go if you want to deal with years of painful dental procedures. Thanks Dr. Saigh. Real honorable of you....

They claim to accept michigan dental insurance on the provider website, but when you call they dont, all it is is selfish dentist who care more about money then patients. Because there to lazy to fill out extra paperwork they choose not to accept it. While people with abscessed teeth go untreated.
