I’ve been seeing Dr. Strait for quite a few years now. When we moved out of the area I wanted to find a dentist closer to where I work. After 3 visits to the new dentist i packed up my X-rays and messaged Dr. Straits office to please take me back! Dr. Strait is amazing, she explains everything she’s about to do and really eases my fears. The staff are all awesome. I don’t care how far I have to drive for my dental needs because I’ll keep going back until all my teeth fall out!

Fantastic work and always very friendly! They let me know what I'm doing right, what could use improvement, and work with me to schedule appointments that work best for me. An added bonus: I haven't experienced any flossing shame that almost everyone thinks about with the dentist

Do not use if you are military/military family on Tricare dental. Lied about being in network.
Asked this dentist if they accepted Tricare Dental (United Concordia), they said yes (lied). The reality is that they were not in network at the time of this review and during our appointment. Called the insurance and the United Concordia rep said: "They knew you were not in network and failed to tell you. You should ask for a discount."
Called to ask for a discount since the bill was several times what our average yearly cleaning usually is, and was laughed at and told 'it's the patients responsibility to know whether they are in network' which is awfully contemptuous considering that we called and literally asked in the first place.
The combination of being lied to, a massive bill that was beyond what an average cleaning should be, and then just being told 'I should know my coverage' afterwards as if this were my fault is why I am leaving my second review in decades.
