I went for an appointment, it was complete mis communication as to my needs; hence I left without services. How I was spoke to was very condescending and unprofessional. I'm sad because I really like Dr. Tim.

I like this doctor, not pushy, knows what he is doing, and so far out of at least two , 5 star dental clinics, the most caring doctor about his patients ( and I mean doctors with 30 years of experience)
He is not only a well trained professional, but I feel like he has a talent in dentistry. He doesn’t just DO IT! It seems to me he cares about each individual patient like it’s his only patient. Amy, the front desk lady, is the gem of this place. She does the best work of her position, wether it’s scheduling or helping out with insurance.
Normally I would see a doctor with 30 years of experience, but now I am starting to think different. Not that I don’t do my research. I am actually a picky one. A little remodel/update of this office would be nice, but overall I would totally recommend this place for your dental needs.
( I had a wisdom tooth extracted today and it was so easy and pain free!) I had a tooth extracted at a high end place before and it was not close as good as this in service and in treatment!)
My husband had a great experience at this dental as well.

We moved to Oak Grove 8 years ago and I had always been to a dentist in St. Paul who is a family friend. I just couldn't take the time to drive to downtown anymore so I took a "chance" and called them after seeing the sign on the road. I am glad I did! The office is clean and my hygenist is awesome and Nancy takes care of all my insurance info with absolutely no hassles. I got root planing done which was great for my teeth and today I had Dr. Tim do a couple of fillings in the front where my gums were pulling back. He did an amazing job and it was completely pain free with no Novacane. He was always asking me how I was doing and he is a real pro and runs a great practice. I'm looking forward to going there for years to come. I highly recommend!

I am a baby when it comes to going to the dentist! After 5 years of not going doctor Tim let my wife come along through everything. Not only is he a professional and can calm down a 25 year old man and treat him well! He was patient and very understanding and I am actually looking forward to go back for my 6 month cleaning cause she is amazing as well!! As well doctor tims assistant! Thank you oak grove dental

Probably the best dentist I have ever had (I have had 10+) didnt get lectured about my bad teeth and Dr. Tim seemed to genuinely care if I was comfortable during my tooth extraction.
If you don't like the dentist try this place out.

Wow the entire staff here are AMAZING!!! So personable, kind and EXTREMELY knowledgable and talented. Able to fill my daughter's cavity with no problem and she has never been so relaxed during a procedure like this. I highly recommend Oak Grove Dental!
