Very disappointed, very poor customer service.
I stopped in to see if I could get a denture repair, the front desk didn’t even bother to ask what it was and immediately said it would be April before it could be done then proceeded to refer me to a Springfield Dentist and gave me a card for a dentist in Springfield not even asking if April would work for me. April is only a few weeks away, I would have been happy with anytime but that wasn’t an option.
Never mind guys, I drove over to Christian Willard’s office and will have it fixed in a few days……And Dr Willard’s staff was super nice and friendly.

This is without a doubt, the best dentist I have ever used. He doesn't try to bill you for extra unnecessary things and does great work. We just moved here, and we are so pleased to find such a great dentist and office.
Went last year to Aspen dental and they tried to charge me $175 in bill for electric toothbrush. I bought two at sam's for $40.

I have been a patient of Dr.Wall for over 20 years. I find him and his front office to be extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I am treated like family and have always appreciated his honest assessment of my dental issues. I have never had any problems with the treatment I have received from him. His chair side manner is excellent and I appreciate the fact that he explains what he is doing as he is working on me. I highly recommend him!

I have pretty bad dental anxiety and a plethora of dental issues. I picked Dr. Wall’s office because I heard they were a laid back, no frills clinic with quality care. Let me just tell y’all... these folks are wonderful. They made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. I walked away feeling confident in the plan we came up with and I’m honestly excited to go see them again. Never in my 30 years did I think I’d say that about a dentist, but here we are.

I have went to many dental offices but this one is definitely the most laid back dentist office I have ever been too. The staff is very outgoing and the dentist is very knowledgeable of dental practice and talks you through everything he is doing . And is very reassuring and caring . I give Dr.Walls 5.0-5.0 stars excellent service!

Dr. Wall has been my dentist for 26 years. He is the best, so nice and makes you feel so comfortable. Ron, his brother takes care of making appointments and filing the insurance. They make you feel like family. I would recommend Dr. Wall for sure!

If you aren't going to Dr Wall you aren't going to the right dentist!! He's the best dentist I've ever been to and I've been to several!! He won't do anything you don't need done and his office atmosphere is down to earth and not stuffy and smelly like a dentist office, it's like going to ur best friends house for a visit. Ron at the front desk will take care of you to the fullest and make you laugh while ur waiting. It's hands down the best dentist experience you'll have.
