Innovative Dental of Springfield

I must say , this was the best dental experience I’ve ever had . What I enjoyed the most was 1) the staff made you feel welcomed, they offered coffee , cookies , Frappuccino This dental office feels and looks like a five star resort 2) they Listened to you and your dental concerns. 3) follow through with what they said they would do . Overall a very enjoyable experience. I can’t say enough about Haley . She’s great ! Answered all of my questions, and my concerns, if she didn’t have the answer , she would get the answer and let me know .I’m not 100 percent done yet . Final procedure will be my veneers 😃

Innovative Dental is the best place to come for a person with high anxiety for the dentist because the staff is so sweet. They take care of you in ways that every dentist should. I have come for them for cavities and a crown. Each time they have treated me with the ultimate kindness. For a dentist that sits by the highway, it feels like a place all on its own. You can look out at the zen garden as you’re waiting to go back, drink some coffee and eat a cookie, even listen to music as you’re waiting. When you go back, you can watch a movie or listen to music while you get your teeth cleaned. It’s really an experience built for the patient, to help them be comfortable and relaxed in their dental experience.

Innovative always meets and exceeds my expectations on all levels. Not only is the environment second to none, and please keep up the EDM mix as it sets a great tone in my opinion, but the staff seems to be genuinely truly happy.

Today I went in for a small root canal and ended up having a pleasant and easy procedure thanks to the comforting staff. Just to mention Kiersten, who administered my numbing anesthetic, did a truly heartfelt and amazing job for the most exciting(painful) part of the appointment. When I got light headed, she helped take care of me put me back at ease. There are somethings that is very apparent when someone spends extra time and energy to make you feel human. She and all the other members of the staff definitely succeed on this not only today, but all previous visits as well.

They take something that I ultimately dread doing in life and make it something that is easy, welcoming, and overall pleasant. And for that, I thank your team!

It's hard to express exactly how much I appreciate this place without explaining my past. I've had unethical, unprofessional and technically bad experiences with other dentists. Abby (hygienist) and Dr. Olsen go above and beyond to ensure my comfort and oral health are taken care of. I feel so grateful to have found Innovative Dental. From the moment I walk through the front door until I leave (and after) I'm treated with kindness and respect that I've NEVER experienced on this level. I'm in awe of the technology they have. I arrived with my teeth cracked and broken, broken hearted and embarrassed. Within one week and only 2 visits I had gone from consultation to a complete repaired smile, free of pain and anxiety that comes with the humiliation I felt about my mouth. Do NOT let fear of exposing your flaws or getting treated badly in the past stop you from going here. Innovative Dental as a whole is a compassionate, competent experience that rivals a spa. Just go, you'll see what I mean. I mean when's the last time YOU got a massage and a bougie iced coffee at your dentist appointment?!!

The professionalism and welcoming energy within this dental practice is absolutely astounding! It has always been my experience that I feel welcomed and comfortable immediately. This place takes any anxiety around dental work into careful consideration, always being sure to make sure that the patient has a fantastic experience. I can’t compare this facility to any other that I’ve experienced, it is truly wonderful!

Going to the dentist for cleanings is not at the top of my enjoyable things to do but Emily made it as comfortable and enjoyable as it can be. Emily is patient and works quickly and thoroughly. Her work is excellent and thorough. I would highly recommend this dental office. I'm sure all the employees are great! But if you can try to get Emily you can't go wrong with that decision.

I’ve been coming to innovative dental for about 6 years now. And my review still stands the same! I’ve always been treated with respect here and they have made going to the dentist actually fun! Their modern technology makes getting your cavities and root canals done quick and efficiently. Their new building has a free coffee bar with cookies and there’s also Massage chairs while you wait. I will never go to a different dentist!

My Dental history
I am a 48 years old and have been through nightmare after nightmare with dentist. Everything from chipping a tooth, breaking a tooth in half (then has to pull it), pulling the wrong tooth, leaving packing material in a tooth (causing an infection) and PUNCTURING my nasal cavity (forcing me to pay another dentist to complete the extraction.) Needless to say, I was terrified of dentist so I went years without visiting a dentist.

I began my journey by searching the web, checking reviews, learning about new dental options and watching hundreds of videos. Then one day on YouTube, I found Dr. Olson. I watched every video and read almost every review I could find. I did this for months before finally built up the courage to contact them. Best decision I ever made for myself when it comes to my mental and physical health. Immediately, I knew I could trust in him and his team so the journey began.

I gladly traveled more than 12 hours, each way, three times to get Full dental implants. Dr. O (Dr. Grant Olson.) and the amazing team at Innovative Dental made this possible. They are 5 STAR rated for a reason! Everyone there treats you like family from the moment you walk in + they have free coffee ;) My wife and I wish we lived closer just to go visit them more. Everyone here is great! I always feel welcomed and that I’m getting genuine care that I leave feeling confident in and in my smile. Rachel was great and took her time to make sure I had all of my questions/concerns answered and addressed before leaving my appointment and was very personable with me.
