My experience with ActON Dentistry was pleasant, professional and worth the ride to make each appointment. The billing department competed the insurance information prior to each visit making that process convenient and stress free.

Wow I walked in and immediately felt at home! I have always been weary of dentist visits and the atmosphere here put that feeling to rest. The Dr is super transparent and helped me understand each type of treatment I need. The staff is very welcoming and knew exactly what they were supposed to be doing. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit I had and will refer ActOn to anyone!

Staffs at this dental office were amazing. I had my teeth fillings done there and at every step of the procedure, I did not feel neglected in any moment. The dentist and his assistant kept making sure that my comfort was the number one priority. I also want to add that this was the easiest and smoothest dental visit I have ever had. I've been going here for years and they get better every time. I just had a filling done yesterday and it was painless. In and out in 30 minutes, Dr Tinker is a great guy and his staff is top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff at ActOn Dentistry are very friendly and wonderful. I love the awesome customer service. Dr. Tinker and his staff are very knowledgeable. I’ve gotten my Invisalign at a very reasonable price using my health insurance. The office is well maintained and it’s always clean. I highly recommend! :)

I’ve always struggled with going to the dentist but the dental technicians and dentists at ActOn make it such a wonderful experience! They put me at ease make the appointment fast and fun.

I needed new dentist and I chose ActOn. My first visit was good with Dr. Tinker. 4 months later a different tooth started to hurt. They got me in quickly and told me that for this root canal it needed to be referred out and prescribed me antibiotics. The soonest the referral could get me in was about 3 1/2 weeks. About a week after completing antibiotics my tooth hurt again.Called the office on 3 different days during business hours and left messages on answering machine. Finally on 4th day a live person answered and told me I was on the list to call back. After consulting with Dr. Tinker she stated that he would not prescribe another round of antibiotics because of gut health concerns. Fair enough but I asked about the pain and infection and if the referent would even work on an infected tooth. The office staff stated “call the referent”. I have not seen the referent yet so technically not even their official patient. They are not going to prescribe me anything. I am left in pain with an infected tooth. I have worked as healthcare administrator for years and would never allow our patients to be treated this way. Very unprofessional and poor patient care.

I would like to take a minute to share my bad experience of ActOn Dentistry. I've been thinking about this for about 5 months. I thought maybe it will help me to warn other people. I'lljust come out with it. I firmly Believe dentist Grahm Tinker neglected to inform both me and my Husband of cavities that needed to be filled. You should understand I would not be falsely accusing! However after asking dentist Tinker time and time again about suspicious looking teeth having ×rays and everything. He finally admitted I had cavities that should be filled. Same thing with my Husband missed,untold cavities. With mine I firmly believe Dentist knew the whole time,with husband I can't be sure. dosen't really matter though. you go there, pay,be scared and uncomfortable to get teeth checked and fillings if needed. Not being told about cavities is unexceptible! if you really think about this the only thing that makes since is not telling their patients of cavities that could cheaply be filled. Would ultimately lead to Root canal. Which we all know is big money. I hate saying that but I 100% BELIEVE IT'S TRUE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ACT ON DENTISTRY. Thanks for reading! Amy Wagner signing off!

This dental office is amazing. My daughter had an accident that happened to her at a water park. She is 10 years old and lost her 2 front permanent teeth. Dr Brown came in on his day off to see my daughter. He splint my daughter teeth back together. I don’t have much money. I am a single parent with other kids. They are working with me to get my daughter to smile again. The character and passion to treat my daughter says a lot about this office. Thank you to the whole dental staff that showed they are truly about patient care. My 10 year old daughter is happy she has teeth in her mouth. She would of not had any teeth if this doctor did not come in on his day off.

I had not been to the dentist in a very long time. My teeth are not in great shape. I was treated with respect and dignity. Michelle was awesome. I was terrified just being there. She was kind and very sensitive to how I was feeling. After my cleaning, I met Dr. Tinker. He was great. Discussed my treatment options with no pressure at all. If I had known it could be like this, I wouldn't have waited so long.
