My experience with Butte Family Dental was great. I needed an appointment and even though I wasn't an established patient, they fit me in on short notice. Staff were personable, helpful, efficient, and went beyond what I'd hoped for. Dr. Gilbreath took time to answer questions in an understandable manner and didn't promote unnecessary treatments. The employees always make me feel welcome from the moment I step in the door. They dentist and dental assistants always make sure my health is top priority. They talk me threw everything about the health of my mouth and teeth. I wouldn't go to any other place.

I did not feel like a priority when I went in for an abscess tooth. I had to call to remind him to send in my antibiotics and he completely put me on the back burner even though I'm in excruciating pain.
