This office is the best in lincoln! Clean, efficient, and very honorable. If you are looking for an office that has staff with a passion to help people with their dental needs then this is the office for you. Dr. Hinrichs is very professional, honest, kind, and has a good sense of humor. He makes the visit a great experience. Dr. Buckley is amazing as well. She is very sweet and personable, and she knows her stuff. If you need veneers or Invisalign she is the gal to go to. You will be greeted with a smile by Diana at the front. She has answers to all your scheduling/billing questions. And shout out to the best dental assistant , Lexi. She is the doctors right hand man. Very friendly with patients and is very gentle and sweet. Overall I have a great experience at this office every time we come in. Will be going here for many years to come! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Buckley as my dentist in Lincoln for several years now. The moment you walk in, you will be greeted warmly at the front desk to welcome you to the comfortable waiting area - which I haven’t used much, as they tend to run on time from my experience. Dr. Buckley has provided excellent dental care for my daughter and myself. At my initial appointment, Dr. Buckley was very professional and thorough in examining my teeth and providing solutions by priority. She truly cares about her patients! Dr. Buckley & her wonderful staff have performed routine cleanings, fillings, and crown placements for our family and I trust her work and advice completely. All of her work has been outstanding. This is the best dental office that I have ever been too. Everyone was incredibly nice. Dr. Buckley was very thorough and kind. Selena did an amazing job on my cleaning. It was pretty quick and painless. My teeth are now looking and feeling great!

No one likes the dentist right? WRONG! I can say with 100% honesty that I LOVE mine, AND the staff! Dr Hinrichs explains all the procedures first, gives you options, and truly wants the best for your complete oral hygiene. They call your insurance for you and check prices, schedule you for any other out of office procedures you may need, and they even rearrange their schedules/lunches to accommodate your schedule! This place is the ultimate stop for dental care! You won't be disappointed with their exceptional care.

This is an interesting review to write. I have been going to Dr. Hinrichs and his father for almost 50 years. I actually drive from Omaha to continue the relationship. Over the years the staff has been very professional and concerned about my dental needs. Dr. Mark and Dr. Bob before work hard to be up on new technology and techniques. I highly recommend this group for your dental needs.

I'm more than pleased to give Dr. Mark and his staff a great review. My insurance situation changed when I retired, and they have been great to work with what i could afford and what my insurance covers. They remember me personally, greet me by name, explain what is going on with my dental health, and never scold me about not flossing enough. They suggested if I really don't like flossing, a water pic can be a substitute, and I have been better at that, so I really appreciate them meeting me half way, finding ways to encourage my dental health while showing respect and courtesy. All dentists are skilled, they have to be. They don't all have to be nice, and I've had some who weren't. You can trust these guys to treat you right!
