My 12-year-old daughter recently got braces, and Dr. Kralik has done a great job with them. The front desk staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The 1 star rating has nothing to do with the actual services provided. They were on par with other dental providers. The rating is due to what I feel was withholding information, literally at my expense. When I called to make appointments & asked if they took my insurance, I was informed they did. Great! Until I got my bills. That is when I realized they take my insurance, but they are out-of-network. So after insurance I still owe $1,614. It's on me for not asking clarifying questions, but... could have helped me out & let me know.
