No pain, great staff from receptionist to techs to doctor. Always pleasant and helpful in educating along the way. I'm so happy with my care. I can now smile without worrying about my appearance. I can now eat everything I love and I don't have to worry about broken teeth, abscess teeth or all the pain I once had. My experience was wonderful. Thanks to all involved.

I recommend Keene dentistry and implants! To anyone who has or had a bad experience with other dentist. They are kind informative polite and non judgemental in any way. I absolutely love them the office is totally relaxing and I have anxiety but I felt comfortable on my first visit. I actually enjoy being there.

I have been going to Dr. Jacobs for over 10 years now. I have to say he is the most gentle dentist I have ever had in my lifetime. He explains all his procedures and does a professional job. Words can never truly express how thankful I am that I found Dr. Syed, he has been nothing but wonderful, he always answers all my questions and he is extremely kind, patient and very understanding. He makes sure you know exactly what is going on. He truly cares about his patients and never makes you feel like just a number. I also have to recognize how amazing Amanda is, she puts a lot of effort into making patients feel comfortable and at ease with any questions. In fact the entire staff is amazing, kind and friendly.

This office recently changed hands the new dentist, Dr. Syed, is a true professional. I received implants here and the process was, easy, painless and life changing. I couldn't be happier with the final product. In fact, it amazes me every time I open my mouth and smile. All dentists are not created equal and this guy is the best of the best. My wife and I and three children have been customers of Mr. Jacobs for 5 years. On or about February 2012 Ayman Jacobs said that my wife had one cavity and two teeth that could use preventative care. I was skeptical since there were no signs of a cavity and that we go to the dentist every 6 months and never received any warning of preventive care but now she has a cavity and preventative care with two teeth. She has only had one cavity in her life and that was when she was pregnant 10 years prior which I am told is common when you are pregnant. We ordered the cavity to be fixed. Mr. Jacobs decided to do one of the preventive care teeth’s instead of the cavity. Thinking that it was an honest mistake we rescheduled for September specifically asking for same cavity and nothing else because funds are tight. Mr. Jacobs this time decided to do both and said “I figured while I was doing the cavity I would just do the other tooth too”. Then billed us for $420. Mr. Jacobs will not return my phone calls about his unethical behavior. I am sure I am not the first to experience this. Over the past years we have noticed huge price increases and the office staff hours being cut including no Fridays. Obviously he is having financial difficulties that he is trying to put on his patients. We are sad to leave because we like our Dental Hygienist. But this unethical behavior is unacceptable. On a different note I am 38 years old and never had a cavity was told I had warnings on a cavity. This was another red flag since my mom 58 and dad who passed away at 50 and brother 39 and sister 28 all have never had cavities

I am one of those people that are scared of going to the dentist, but since going to Dr. Jacobs, it's been so different. He and his staff are so kind and gentle. He always make sure that I am comfortable and in no pain before proceeding. This morning I went in for a crown. I have a number of crows already that I got before I starting seeing Dr. Jacobs - the experience prior to Dr. Jacobs was awful - 3 appts, novacain, pain, discomfort. Not with Dr. Jacobs. We started at 8 am and I was out the door in 90 minutes with the new crown - no PAIN!!!! Great experience. Great Doctor - great staff.
My family has been going for years for cleanings, but this was my first big dental appt for work. My daughter received an implant from Dr. Jacobs last year - he did an amazing job and she loves how her teeth look.
