I had my first appointment with this practice just a couple of days ago and I'm very impressed. Everyone is very professional and kind. The office is modern and clean. The dental hygienist inspired confidence and was very sensitive to my concerns. The dentist was very present and after not being to a dentist in a while, I feel they could have been aggressive about my dental needs, to suggest I needed more work, but they were very conservative while protecting my oral health. So glad I have chosen them!

I've always avoided the dentist, but going to Charmoy is such a different experience from any other dentist office I've been to. The receptionists, hygienists, and doctors are all so very kind, caring, gentle, and NON-JUDGMENTAL. Everyone I've dealt with has been very helpful and friendly, and they helped me set up a payment plan for a last minute procedure that I didn't have insurance for. Stephanie and Vanessa at the front desk were so helpful and kind to me. I have been procrastinating my dental visit and had a slight dental emergency, Stephanie got me into the office the same morning, and Vanessa was so kind with explaining how much it would cost (something I was very nervous about). Alyson and Dr. Castro were phenomenal and helped my dental anxiety. The treatment didn’t hurt at all, and went by quickly. The visit was a very pleasant experience, I felt valued and heard as a patient. I would strongly recommend this office :)

I for one like many people have always hated dentist. This group is not your normal dentist they are so nice and personable. Like they actually care and they're on top of everything and they're very good at explaining what's going to happen and how it's going to happen. The service is always excellent, the staff is friendly and I really appreciate that they provide out of pocket services for patients. This was especially appreciated when people lost insurance during the pandemic. They have saved me in an emergency before, and got me in the next day. As a medical provider, I feel comfortable recommending this practice given my personal experience has always been very positive.
