Perfect Teeth - Alice

Today I brought my 3 month old to my dentist appointment. It was my first time taking her to an appointment where I couldn't hold her much.

The entire staff was so kind, understanding, allowed me to hold her and comfort her between each step. A staff member played with my daughter when she was fussy.

The dentist let me hold her as he looked into some problem areas. They all gave tips for baby oral health. It was a wonderful experience of community. I was embarrassed about my daughter crying and I was privileged to experience compassion.

First, the Staff. Sam showed compassion in providing me with a timely appointment. From that moment on, I was shown the highest level of care by the whole Staff, including the Dental Assistants and Hygienist, all of whom saw me on time and delivered professional, friendly services. Dr Goude, the Dentist, impressed me as an excellent Health Care Provider, whose diagnosis was quick and his subsequent work was efficient and relatively painless--even the tooth extraction for which my pain had called. He was caring, open to questions and generous with important information. Not only was my dental problem addressed successfully, but other dental health issues that I didn't even know required attention, were resolved. Also critical, Sam navigated my insurance coverage to my great gratitude. After my final appointment, I walked out as a satisfied patient and plan to use Perfect Teeth - Alice as my appointed Dental health care office.

These people are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. They cleaned my teeth and fixed my chipped tooth on the same day. I had a 5 star dds claim I had cavities 4 1/2 yrs ago (2018)........ I refused to have my so called "cavities " filled. Funny, I had x-rays in 2023 and NO cavities.

I came to Perfect Teeth because I originally had an appointment with AD. AD wanted to do an evaluation first then have me come back for the procedure......... What?! I live 30 miles away! How stupid and backwards. I was treated badly by a passive aggressive front desk person named Christopher. He decided to cancel my appointment after I told him I was disappointed. I was disappointed I wouldn't get a cleaning and get my tooth fixed during my visit.

I'm so grateful for Perfect Teeth on Lomas. Thank you for what you do! I'll be recommending you to my friends and family!

Great dentist and dental assistants. Very polite and good at what they do. It's a shame that some of the desk staff treats patients the way they do. Specifically the old lady with short black hair. Most are very nice but she is always rude, condescending, and going out of her way to try and belittle and inconvenience patients. Not only to me, but I have seen it happen to elderly patients in the waiting room as well.

Been meaning to make a review but I cant remember what my dentists name was or his assistance however they were both extremely professional and exceptional. I had to have 2 root canals and they did such a great job I fell asleep! Can't even tell i had to get work done with crowns. Highly recommend for a professional and pain free job.

I have been here about 3-4 times since I moved to the area. No major work done yet, just cleanings and exams, but I am very happy with their service so far! Kind, polite and efficient.

Update 10/12/22, I had to go in to have a crown recemented today (crown was done at another office years ago). There was a chance that the crown could break when it was being taken out to be recemented but Dr. Goude was able to take off the crown, save it and get it back in place!
I am thankful for his careful expertise today!

I had extensive dental work done by Dr Goude over the past few months He and all the staff are professional, skilled, prompt, courteous, flexible, fair and good communicators. Highly recommend this Perfect Teeth location.

Had a really bad experience with another Endodontic office. My insurance (Dentaquest) helpful representative helped me find PERFECT TEETH (DR. CRISMON GOUDE) HIS ASSISTANCE, THE STAFF ( ASHLEY) they were all customer service. I would give them a 10. And would highly recommend them.

Dr. Goude took care of a cavity in the least invasive, least costly manner. When I needed an adjustment, the office got me in the next day and Dr. Goude and Isaiah took care of it, no charge. Very professional front and back office staff.

I came in for a filling, and they explained everything to me in advance, and then numbed the area. I felt no pain with the drilling and the process was over really quickly! Great job!
