And MD Pilatich is always so friendly and has great bedside manner, never feel like he’s rushing and he will answer any questions you have. Dr. Pilatich, his dental staff, and receptionist exhibited so much kindness and attention to detail, as well as to my questions and concerns. This is the best dental office that I have experienced in my 68 years of life. Their equipment is state of the art. I was given explanations of all procedures to be done. They got me in as a new patient very within a week and were up front about possible insurance issues, which I do appreciate. When I arrived, they were very outgoing and kind with great conversation skills! I really enjoyed their personalities! The doctor was soft spoken, informative and very thorough with everything. Had my appointment with Chris who did my cleaning. She was AMAZING. She used a gel instead of the injections as I have zero pain tolerance, it worked. I was in the chair for a prolonged time but was able to endure it thanks to the gel and her technique and demeanor. She made a usually horrible experience totally doable. As a "terrified of dental procedures" patient, I have no reservations about my revisit to her next month. But all of my visits to Dr. Joe's office have been great from front desk to dental chair.
