Pleased with the redo of a 5yr. old filling that my former office did and recently told me needed to redone. I was never happy with the way it felt from day 1, hanging over the edge of my tooth I was constantly rubbing it with my tongue :( Anyway- for a combination of reasons, my family has left our former office and I am moving to Dragonfly. Years back, I was formerly a patient in the Plattsburgh location. Convenient (I can walk to Dragonfly), friendly, and I felt listened to. New filling (which actually is the original with additional work) feels much better! Recommended.

Great place and really enjoyed it. Would recommend, however, when life gets in the way and you miss appointments... They send a letter saying you missed several appointments but don't give the amount... And state how our philosophies don't meet... I have a broken tooth, in which the letter does state they will tend to emergencies within 30 days but let's face it... who wants to go in after getting a letter like that? Got my letter on Christmas Eve, too. I missed appointments, yes.. but not several within 6 months... and to say philosophies don't meet is silly. I started a new job working night shift so I can afford bils and Xmas and forgot to reschedule for my broken tooth. Called an hour after the missed appointment and was told the letter was already issued. Sad... no holiday spirit either. Won't be recommending like I was before.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist and have never found one that i was comfortable with until i met the staff here at dragonfly dental. As a patient, I feel the concern that is expressed by every member of the staff to ensure the experience is comforting and pleasant. I would not go anywhere else for any of my dental needs because i feel the standard of excellence received here can not be met elsewhere

I was really happy that I went in to this office. I'm mortified of the dentist, yet Dr. Michaud have me a few injections to numb the area to repair a chipped tooth. I never felt a thing. Also had my teeth cleaned and it was fine. Walked out SMILING!!!!

THE WORST!! A year ago I was a regular patient here & I went in with an accessed tooth. I asked for antibiotics and was told no. The Dr drilled a hole in my tooth and told me to suck the puss out and referred out to a specialist with over a month waiting time. Needless to say after a week of pain, I found another dentist who could do the root canal BUT needed to be given IV antibiotics for the infection!! I and my family members will NEVER go back!!

I enjoyed my visits fo the expedience & efficiency as well as profssionalism on the part of the the practice. But, I'm disappointed & was frankly upset that at my last visit I was essentially dismissed from the office with no prior notice with the receptionist informing me as I checked out that the office no longas takes my insurance w/ numbers of two other dentists.

Very professional, friendly and efficient. When they no longer accepted my son's dental insurance they referred us to another dentist that was very good. They are also very clean.
