I have been a patient of Dr. Tischler for over 28 years and my children and grandchildren have all been seen by him. He is a great dentist and very good with children. He is patient, explains what is happening and his plan for you. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I have been going to Dr. Tischler for 18 years now. Everyone in the office is always very friendly and professional. The office is always on time for appointments. Dr. Tischler is very thorough and I really trust him with my teeth matters. Would highly recommend him as a dentist.

Dr. Tischler has been my dentist for twenty-five (25) years +/- From the first visit, I knew he was thorough and precise. I felt and still feel confident that he is more than capable of identifying the problem and the easiest remedy in surprisingly little time. I look forward to continuing and know I'll rest assured.

I recommend Dr. Tischler without hesitation. I have been his patient for 20 years! He is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up to date with the latest research and treatment. He is undoubtedly honest and loves his profession. This office is managed extremely well. I'm usually seen at the time of my appointment and have only had a short wait a couple of times. That's a pretty good track record after 20 years! For those employed with the DOE, he accepts UFT insurance. For those without a car, he is located near an R/M subway stop.

I was seen by Dr. Amanda Tischler, the newest dentist at the practice, and she really made going to the dentist a safe, pleasant, and anxiety-free experience. She was very kind and considerate, and she explained what she was doing, which was really great. I’d highly recommend booking time with her!

I recently had a tooth extraction done there. It's not the first tooth extraction that I had done in my life so I know that this one went definitely amiss. Not only I could feel almost the entire procedure, but on top of that the young dentist could not pull out the root. She was digging into my gum causing me extra pain and when I told her she casually said "my anxiety is just up to the roof" I had a really bad experience with dentists in the past, so, yes, my anxiety was high but shouldn't there be enough anesthesia given so I I don't feel the pain? Plus, she never did the x-ray after the procedure to confirm that the entire tooth was removed. It is now almost 5 days later and my gums and the area are still extremely sore and I think there might be infection.
I guess if you decide to go to there stick with Dr. Tischler that everyone praises here so much, but avoid the female dentist. She probably doesn't like her job too much.

Had an emergency cracked tooth and Dr Tischler and staff were wonderful. They got me in quickly and were very responsive to my needs and I am very happy with the results and to this day have not had one issue with the cracked tooth.
