All around excellent experience! The staff is very patient and welcoming. They are knowledgeable and helpful, as well as thorough. And Dr. Bowman-Hensley is the best part! She is a joy, and I have complete confidence in her work. Finally, the well being of their patients is top priority. I feel lucky to have found this place! All of the staff members have been extremely friendly and helpful. My appointments always run on time, and they are able to schedule me in so quickly. Dr. Bowman-Hensley is so sweet, always makes sure I’m tolerating the dental work okay, and has been so informative on the extensive work I’ve needed done.

Very precise. Has all the new devices and equipment. They are concerned about you and call the next day to check on you if you had work like crowns done. I don’t like going to dentist, so I’m not sure what would make me give any dentist 5. 😊

Dr. B is the best. I’ve been going here for years for dental care. We moved to Candler a few years ago, and I still make the trek because it’s worth it! Great staff and great care.

I'm not returning to this office. I was charged $265 dollars to reattach a veneer that she had done only a couple of years before. The veneers are supposed to last for decades and should not have failed that soon. I was only in the office a short time and I thought that charge was majorly excessive.

My daughter is in college at Warren Wilson. She has had several bad experiences with different dentists over the years. Some have even made fun of her, which has made her very anxious about going to the dentist. I sent an email and then received a call. I explained about her experiences and that we just don't have good teeth and gums. Genetics.
Everyone in this office, from the receptionist, the hygienist, the dentist, everyone has treated my daughter with such care, it amazes me. I truly thank everyone for their kindness. The best in Asheville!! Y'all Rock!

The staff were nice/friendly except for the dentist. The dentist was rude and made me feel awful. My teeth need work but they aren't horrible. And she kept exaggerating what needed to be done to my teeth at one point saying "you need over 25,000 dollars worth of work done" in a demeaning tone. I've never had a dentist say that to me or make me feel the way she did. I dont like to pull the race card but I did notice her tone and friendliness with another patient was vastly different than with me. When she walked to the check out counter with me she didn't even say bye have a good day nothing! Yet, told the other white man patient, to have a wonderful day 🤔 This may seem petty but going to the dentist is hard anyway, and I've never been treated the way she treated me. Have some consideration and kindness lady.
