This was my first dentist visit in 2 years. I enjoyed my experience, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I absolutely loved the receptionist!!! The Hygienist was AMAZING! Overall they made sure I was comfortable and at ease and very knowledgeable on my dental hygiene. I will definitely look forward to my visits, and would also recommend!!!

Always exceptional service here at Charlotte Dentistry from the receptionist to patient care! Dr. Burns was great. Very knowledgeable, calm, gentle and really care about his patients. He was able save a very challenging tooth. I am forever grateful. I'm have been gone for while and now I am so happy to be back with Charlotte Dentistry. Thank you for your dedication.

I have always loved this dental office and (unfortunately) I have been there many times. I always get greeted by the happy receptionist on the second floor and the dental team comes to walk you to the dental work rooms. I have met a lot of the dentists and like them all, especially Dr. Gray. I also love the music and the relaxing TV images. If I could change one thing it would be to have later weekly appointments available to allow more day workers to come there.

This office is the absolute best! From the time you enter the doors, you are greeted with a pleasant hello and then up to the next level where you encounter the AMAZING Tracie, front desk receptionist, who never forgets a face or something we discussed years ago when I would bring my now adult children for their cleanings! She is precious! This is a top professional dental practice where care for their patients is paramount! I no longer live in the city, but continue to schedule my appointments here as the customer service is second to none! I’ve been a patient here for over 35 years and have never considered changing! I never hesitate to recommend Charlotte Dentistry to others!

This is the best dentistry I have ever been to! The staff is outstanding! Super polite and just wonderful! Very helpful! They go above and beyond for their clients! The service is amazing! I am so pleased with all of my services! I highly recommend this dentistry to all my friends and family!

Always such an amazing experience! Ms. Tracy is the absolutely BEST! She could brighten anybody’s day! I forget the name of the dental hygienist, but she was so sweet and friendly as well. I asked the dentist if I could get a chip on my front tooth fixed, and he said not a problem and they got me right in after my cleaning! I couldn’t believe it, I thought did have to come back, and probably wait a few months for an opening. I’m not sure who the lab tech was but I know Brittany assist her and they were both so amazing, so kind and so friendly. My tooth looks so much better, it literally made my day. I recommend this practice to anyone that is looking for a dentist. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable visit! Keep doing what y’all do best!

We have been going here for over 30 years. From the time one enters it is a very pleasant experience. The receptionist, Tracy, is awesome!! Every dental hygienist and dentist we have ever had have been excellent! Everyone is so friendly and works to make your experience a very good one. I highly recommend Charlotte Denistry!!!

I swear this is the best place to get dental work done. Not just for amazing work they do but the people that work there. They truly care about what they do. Traci is just a breath of fresh air. She is so upbeat. Everyday is a great day to her. She needs to be a motivational speaker! Don’t let her go ever. They also do whatever they can to help you. They squeezed me in for a cleaning when I was there for an emergency visit which they got me in the next day and I was amazed. Thank you to everyone who works there and the Godly love that you show every single patient that walks through those doors.

Tracie was amazing. she made me feel like everything would be fine even though everything was running behind. She was the only good thing that came out of my visit yesterday.

I had a 230 orthodontist appointment and waited an hour for the dentist to touch my teeth for five minutes for a consult.

Following that appointment, I had another (upstairs) for cleaning, and I waited and then ended up rescheduling.

I could not recommend this office enough. The entire staff was courteous, caring, and kind. They clearly go the extra mile for their patients. I accidentally walked in thinking it was a different office nearby, and when I was left waiting for an hour at that office with no explanation, I came back to schedule an appointment at Charlotte Dentistry. Instead of scheduling for later, the staff went above and beyond to actually squeeze me in within 20 minutes of my arrival. It was incredible, and the dentists, hygienists, and the receptionist Traci clearly make a concerted effort to get to know their patients and make sure they feel at home. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone!
