This Practice is the absolute BEST!!!!!! Customer service is absolutely phenomenal thanks to Zuly and Ebony at the front! Also a very special thank you to them for getting me in for my end of year cleaning! I love Morgan! She is the Best Hygienist and really cares about her work and ensuring my dental health. The staff are very nice and help full but seem Dr. Leung never wants to do any work on teeth without sending you for a root canal. I needed a simple filling she said root canal first or just pull the tooth! Thank goodness I went for a second opinion with a reputable dentist in town. My tooth is still in my mouth and it is fixed. I give the helpfulness and friendless of the staff 5 stars.

I took my 6 and 2 year old with me for our routine exam and had a wonderful experience. The dental hygienist was great with both kids. If you are looking for somewhere to take kids for their dental needs I highly recommend this place.

I really like Baywood Family Dental. I moved out of state last year, but decided to stay with Baywood Family Dental because of the staff.
The staff are friendly, and I always get a great Hygienist. On my recent visit Cheryl conducted my cleaning.
She was very friendly, professional, answered my questions, and got me out of the chair quickly.

This was truly the best dental experience I have ever had. After being traumatized as a child going to the dentist was a phobia that almost brought me to tears. All of the people at Baywood eased my anxiety and were absolutely wonderful. As long as I have them I will never be afraid of the dentist again. Thank you are not words enough to express my gratitude.

I arrived at the dental office for my appointment and my son had an appointment but the front office failed to check me in for my appointment which had been scheduled many months ago. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked was I on the schedule to get my cleaning and I was told yes, when in fact the dental hygienist told me she was waiting on me and I told her I had been in the lobby waiting. I have been going to this office for several years but the service has fallen way off. I’m starting to have more bad experiences than good and my husband feels the same way. This experience really overshadows the great dental hygienist I had whose name I believe is Ashley Williamson because she was beyond awesome. I hate to say it but it may be time to search for a new dentist office for me and my family.
