I've been coming to the dentist here long before Dr Meyer arrived so I've been with him since he started here. So far I've only needed to see him twice each year and our interaction has been minimal but he's very nice and easy to talk to. My wife and kids come here as well. Andrea is the best and has been cleaning my teeth for years. If you need a dentist I have no reason to tell you to go anywhere else!

Sauratown Dental is top notch. After being at another dentist for probably at least 15 years, we knew it was time to look for another dentist office. We were growing very dissatisfied with the services with the office we were at so a friend recommended Sauratown Dental. From the moment we walked in, it felt so welcoming. The process of being a new patient was simple and went smoothly. Very impressed with their up-to-date standards. They’re over the top. We highly recommend them and so thankful we found a dentist and staff that truly cares about their patients. Thank you Sauratown Dental.

Very nice and extremely professional. They definitely took the time to talk to me and were able to get me fixed up in one visit. I can’t say enough about the compassion and understanding these folks have. I have found my new dental team! Thanks again for everything

Staff was super friendly, got me started just about on time, there was a wait after initial tasks, but there was also obviously a significant procedure occuring in the next room. Dentist was professional and quick, no lectures. Most impressively it's the first office I've been to in the area that seems to have gotten billing my insurance right first go. Look forward to future visits.

First time visiting this practice and I will say I was beyond please with the quality of service they provided me with. Upon entering the front desk were very tentative & got me in with the doctor in less than 10 minutes. Very affordable as well! I’ll be coming here for all of my dental needs for now on.

Sauratown Dental staff is absolutely AMAZING! They are prompt, efficient, attentive, and professional. State of the art equipment and hands down the best dental office in the Triad. Hidden gem and in very high demand for King, NC, but definitely worth it.

This was my first visit to Sauratown Dental. I was treated like I was their only patient! Every single person on staff that I met was friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome. Extremely clean environment and I could tell the staff genuinely enjoyed being at work! I can't say enough good things about about Sauratown Dental!

Dr. Mehrer and his staff are amazing! I was not looking forward to having to go to the dentist for a broken tooth, but as soon as I walked in the door I was comfortable and at ease. Everyone in the office is pleasant and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this practice to others. I’m so grateful a dear friend referred me!

All staff are great. Rosie is awesome as my hygienist. The adults in my family see her because she is gentle but thorough and super sweet and why we keep coming back. The equipment and facilities are clean, modern and appear latest and greatest. No complaints here!

Long but please read! I debated leaving this review, because it seems everyone but me has had a stellar experience. I will start by saying this; The dentist is nice, and did good work. The hygienists are exceptional. They are friendly, kind, and efficient. One hygienist even remembered that two weeks ago my youngest had an ear infection, and she asked how she was doing. I loved that. Here’s the problem; On my first visit, everyone was super nice, right down to reception. My only issue was that the way the one receptionist explained my treatment plan, was very confusing. There were seemingly random numbers circled, so didn’t understand it at all. I kept asking questions though, because I needed to understand how much I was in for on billing. I even thought the way she described their cleaning schedule was unnecessarily confusing. I thought I finally understood, and left happy and excited to finally have a good dentist. The day of my root canal comes and once I was done, still completely numb and in pain, and when I get to the desk, I was hit with a $920 bill for my root canal and filling, after insurance. Not only was the treatment plan $130 less, but my last root canal was around $600, so I was totally shocked. I immediately started crying, which was embarrassing. I hate crying in public, but due to other medical conditions, any dental procedure takes a huge toll on me physically, and the stress made it impossible to hold it in. In addition to that, and the fact that I live very much check to check, and had only recently paid off a huge dental debt, I was sobbing. I felt so helpless and scared because I simply don’t have that kind of money. After my previous root canal, I had already made up my mind to just have the tooth pulled, but they made the price seem so low, I went for the root canal instead. I wish I had stuck to my plan. My main problem, is that, not only did I feel conned, but this receptionist was looking at me like I was a lunatic. Not even a hint of sincere empathy. I was embarrassed, scared and angry. Admittedly, I made a fool of myself, and I was not being the kind of person I like to be in front of those receptionists. I had even planned on apologizing when I went back. Although I felt justified in my shock, I didn’t call anyone names, and I didn’t raise my voice. Was I fed up, hysterical and crying my eyes out? You betcha. Cut to today, when I went back in to get the permanent crown. I brought my treatment plan with me, just in case I needed it, but I ultimately was ready to just get in, get out, and get home. I walk in, and give my name, trying to be pleasant. The hygienist comes to get me, gets me in the chair and gets the bib on me. Once the hygienist walks away and I’m all alone, the other receptionist comes in and says that she was told I had questions about my treatment plan. I thought she had me confused for someone else, as I said nothing to anyone about this today. I told her about the questions I had two weeks ago and apologized that it was not my finest hour. She proceeded to go over the treatment plan with me again, in what I felt was a condescending manner. I told her several times, that I understood the plan, but that I’m not ok with the price, but also that I would like to just agree to disagree and let it go. I kept telling her that I just wanted to get my tooth fixed and move on. She continued to berate me about why they charge what they charge. I explained that I still just want to move on and stop talking about it, and that my current issue was the lack of empathy when I was upset. She doubled down and stated that she was standing right there when it happened, as if to say “that’s not how it went down”. I felt trapped in this chair, and this cubicle, with this receptionist patronizing me and making me relive the embarrassment and not respecting the fact that I asked her to stop. So once again, I left embarrassed and in tears. Kindness goes a long way, especially when someone is upset, and the receptionists only seem to be nice when everyone’s happy.
