I've Never had a better experience with a Dental Group. Between the awesome front desk staff to the friendly and welcoming hygienists the atmosphere is both calming and comfortable. Dr. Papitz has been the best Dentist Ive ever had and would recommend him to anyone who has a deep fear or anxiety around dentists.

They were very helpful in the needs that I had, when other places wanted to do nothing but extract and put in implants. I visited 3 different offices in the local area before going here.
These guys went through my xrays, took multiple shots, figured out a plan of attack, and worked through it considering my finances as well as my medical insurance coverage.
They have awesome, state of the art equipment. Their office space as well as their work areas are kept clean and tidy. Their entire staff is a pleasure to work with and they know you by name.
After a few months of work, I now have a smile that I can be proud of. These guys are so friendly, so caring and so attentive to everything that a dental group should be attentive to. It's not just about the money with this place, they will find the best route for you to take, and help you make it happen.
I have more to go, but I have to admit - if you have to go to a dentist, I could not recommend a service more than these guys. It feels strange to say this, but I am looking forward to what we are able to accomplish next.

Fantastic office! Dr. James and his staff are highly skilled professionals. They are friendly, detail-oriented and practice dentistry with integrity. My kids enjoy coming here as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The hygienist and most of the staff are wonderful, sweet and helpful. I have only had one issue and that is with one of the front desk representatives. There was a billing issue and instead of her helping to find a solution to the problem all she did is shook her head no, over and over again and is very argumentative instead of listening and seeing if and what could of been the issue at hand, it could of been a technical issue the day I paid with my veba card, etc and I was trying to resolve it between my veba customer service representative and with the representative at my dentist office. The veba representative was very sweet, listened attentively and was trying to figure out what had happened to resolve the issue, all while the representative at the dentist office was rude, didn’t listen and just kept saying no, and shaking her head. The big picture is my veba representative is showing the payment transaction went through and the dentist office is saying it didn’t, however the day the dentist office slid my card she was having technical issues anyways, and tried my card on two different computers, so long story short, I would recommend this dentist due to the other professional staff, however I find the desk representative to be highly unprofessional.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. I took my 3 year old son there for his very first dental appointment and they treated extremely well. They were super patient and made sure he was comfortable with all of the dental equipment. He loved it and now loves going to the dentist.
