Emily is a great RDH! She was very sweet, fun to talk to, and made sure I was comfortable during my visit. She was very gentle during my cleaning, and talked me through everything she was doing and what she found. She listened intently to my questions and medical history and gave practical solutions. The facility is very state of the art and clean. I highly recommend Bend Family Dentistry, and Emily especially if you can get an appointment with her!

Wonderful, professional establishment. Dental assistants, dentist, and receptionist were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Jess really took her time making sure my teeth were cleaned properly after a long time with no teeth cleaning done. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process as I had some irritation in my gums. 10/10 recommend

I hate going to the dentist, so I generally dread the time leading up to visits with a new provider. When I arrived at Bend Family Dentistry West, I found a comfortable, well-appointed office with friendly front desk staff. The hygienist who worked with me (McKenzie) was skilled, friendly and had great conversational skills. The Dentist was also very good. This was a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

Great office staff. Assistant and hygienist. Jessica is amazing. Gathered all my information related it briefly to the dentist and the dentist did his part with gentleness and efficiency. We have a treatment plan in place and I look forward to returning.

Due to circumstances initially introduced by Covid - I had not been able to see a dentist for more than three years. The negative aspects of this reality was then compounded by the fact that I had moved and was no longer able to make an appointment with my dentist of the last twenty+ years.
To say I was apprehensive about seeking-out a "new" dentist would be a gross understatement!
Upon my first visit to, Bend Family Dentistry I was greeted by a warm, friendly, and thorough, Kalisha at the front desk. I have a very unusual schedule and Kalisha went above-and-beyond to expedite getting me in to see doctor.
My next wonderful surprise was the hygienist, Alisha. Again, very warm, courteous and professional. Add to those attributes one which is sadly not always found in a hygienist - Doing a GREAT job - WITHOUT PAIN!
Lastly, Dr. Greg Jones - Dr. Jones has a very friendly persona and makes one feel quite comfortable as he gathers the necessary information for him to begin his professional assessment of his, 'New Patient.'
