One of the worst experiences, 1st off when making my 1st appointment they said they would be able to do a root canal in house, after waiting days to be seen, they said they don’t do root canals and then tried to sell me $24,000 worth of dental work and sent me elsewhere, as I sit her in excruciating pain writing this. I was awaiting to get a root canal that I had to have rescheduled and they were two months out. My tooth got infected yesterday and I’ve been in so much pain. I called today to see if I could get a prescription for antibiotics as my root canal is on Tuesday. The front desk lady said that she would call me right back. I waited 4 hours and then I called back and they were closed at 12pm for the weekend. I called the emergency line and then got a call back from Aspen saying that the dentist I went to see was no longer working there and would have to come in and get rescheduled for them to get me a prescription and would have to be next week. The lady that called was very rude and very unprofessional. I’ve never been treated like this from a professional setting especially being a patient in so much pain. I will no longer be a patient here.

Prompt, courteous service. Everyone was courteous and friendly. We were able to make a treatment plan. I was able to get an appt. the same day and oral surgery the following day. Thank you everyone at Aspen Dental in Grant's Pass for a great experience. 👍

Worst dentist I’ve been to. Been to many good ones over the years who take their time with patients. Everything was done in a huge rush especially the gum check and no cleaning in first visit. Never seen anyone do it that fast. No possible way it was done correctly. They charge you an extra $30 for a cancer screening and the kicker is when I checked out, the lady up front said I had gingivitis and they wanted to give me some medicated paste for $380. The doctor and the hygienist never talked to me about this. The doctor should be the only one telling you these things not the person checking you out. What a SCAM!!

Alway so professional and very nice people. Love that they have a lot of the newest technology. I had an anxiety attach and they helped me through it. I hate going to the dentist but they were super nice. Even when it came to bill! Lower that I expected!

I'm not fond of getting dentistry done but they really did make me feel comfortable and I had a great experience.

The only place locally that will get me in same day with an issue. Got a tooth extraction everything went smooth really fast efficient service professional staff. State of the art clean setup. But that comes at a cost for sure def the most expensive extraction between the initial exam and simple extraction I'm into it for over 700. Google puts the average between 79$ and 300 I paid 250 in Medford. But when nobody else will get you in you pay the big bucks. I consider it worth it and would do the same from a biz standpoint. Supply and demand.

I made an appointment for my wisdom teeth to be pulled they got me in the next day after see what I needed to be done, both the doctor and the dental nurse was amazing they said I was there best patient I only felt a little stabbing in the mouth but it wasn't unbearable overall I got to say they are the best dental care I've ever seen definitely become a regular patently 5* 10/10 they even let me keep my teeth lol I know I'm weird.

The office is nice and the people are great but I'd have to see how things go first part I went through which was fine their just waiting to hear back from the insurance company what will be covered but the remainder will be paid in full through my late parents trust fund.

I was afraid and waited too long to contact a dentist. They were super nice and helped me very quickly. They have fancy dental equipment that makes everything go so much faster. I'll be going back. I also scheduled my husband to be seen.

I have never really had any teeth issues until Wednesday and oh my goodness, my mouth hurt so bad that I couldn’t sleep and I had zero control over my emotions. I looked up emergency dental offices and Aspen Dental pulled up, Tyrone got me scheduled that morning in G.P. Then Holly called and moved my appointment to right when they opened! Dr Lamoreau absolutely fantastic got me in and did a root canal same day. I LOVE LOVE LOVE these wonderful people.
