Electric City Dental Care

Excellent service. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to the doctor…everyone was so kind! Everything was explained well up front and when it was time for my service, the staff went over and beyond with kindness to make me feel comfortable. The staff was extremely professional but also had a great sense of humor. I really enjoyed my Electric City Dental experience.

I would also like to add, it was freezing the morning of my appointment and the staff lent me a blanket for comfort during my procedure. It doesn’t get any better than that!

The hygienist Natalia was so nice and thorough. Her and the dentist made me so comfortable.
It's rare you find Healthcare like this. They genuinely care. They don't rush or try to over charge. Everyone that works there makes you feel like your part of a family. I'm so grateful to find this place.

This is the only Dentist office that I have ever felt comfortable in throughout my entire life. From when you are greeted as you arrive till you are done, the staff is always friendly and efficient. All my dental needs are always met. They go out of their way to educate you and not let you leave without you knowing what was done and understand what expect next visit.

I have always had bad anxiety at the dentist, but the staff at Electric City Dental made me feel so comfortable and valued. From check in to meeting the Dentist, everyone was amazing. JT was the best!

GREAT Staff. Very informative. I went in expecting to have full extraction based on another dentist's consultation, but was educated, and they gave me a much better option. The atmosphere is calming.

This is the best Dentist office that I have ever been to! From reception to check out, everyone is professional, curious, and kind. The Dentist is Very knowledgeable and personable. Dental Assistant JT is amazing!

I have been attending this dentist for several years. But my last experience was terrible, I arrived at 1 pm for an extraction and left at 430 pm. They gave me anesthesia 2 times because the first one was supposed to wait 10 to 15 minutes and they returned to take care of me at 55 minutes, and at that time the anesthesia was over. I left very angry, nervous and very painful for so much manipulation.

I was a patient for the last three years. Seven bad appointments in a row. I am sure they will reply with a canned, "We would love to talk to you about this" but the history says otherwise.

1st one - Reschedule the day before as doctor was out of town and I needed to be rescheduled. He went to the beach for fishing.

2nd - Had new retainers arriving, they were not there and nobody called me. Rescheduled for a week requiring additional time off work.

3rd - Came back in, they didn't come in right so they had to be reordered and my next appointment needs to be extended out because of a delay in getting the next set.

4th - Staff could not do the scheduled Invisalign visit but wanted me to still do a cleaning since I was already there.

5th - Need to reschedule appointments because of being short handed. My retainer broke and they couldn't see me because they had a short weekend coming up and I would have to be there before 5 PM, they didn't want me to come in until the following week. Reported where I was in the treatment phase. I was told I could come in but there was no promise they could see me before they left at 5 PM, but I could come in and sit, and they have a new hygienist that could possibly see me. They later weaponized this and said that I choose not come in because I didn't want to wait after they framed it as a terrible experience for me if I come in.

6th - Replacement retainers came in, but were wrong. The doctor modified them on the spot which left them rubbing against my lip. He took my issues with the last couple of visits and said he would order me a couple retainers to my house so I wouldn't have to come in if one breaks. Never arrived to my house was later confirmed that they were never ordered.

7th - Today shorthanded, I confirmed my appointment a week ago for me and my kid. They wanted to move both of our appointments the day before we were to come in after we confirmed by text, and twice by phone (I kid you not we confirmed out times three times). I asked about maybe getting the trays and was put on hold. They came back and the doctor is not available for the question because of a root canal treatment. They will text me later they said. I cancelled both mine and my daughters after agreeing to any cancellation policies.

They provide great work, but they provide abysmal service after the major work is done. I cannot even get the doctor on the phone to order retainers. This is either a matter of them blowing me off after payment, or not being capable of running their office in an efficient and professional manner any more. It didn't used to be this way and it sucks. I loved this place and everyone was amazing until it went bad and now I have to find someone else. I am sure they view me as a problem at this point despite me complying for years with every request they made. Remove a tooth okay, gum diseases treatment sure, visits every three months for cleaning and more treatment while paying out of pocket for most fine, Invisaligns okay let's do it. I was fully compliant and got treated like dirt in the end.
