Affordable Dentist Near Me - Waco

Was happy with my first appointment a week ago. Today however I am not at all !! In horrible pain from TMJ & was told a prescription was called into my chosen pharmacy. Get to pharmacy & nothing so I call & was told to hang around for an hour or 2 & wait for it. I live 45 minutes from town in the country & am now extremely angry and in pain. Call the office for a 2 nd time & get told that’s unacceptable that she was going to handle it immediately & got put on hold for 20 minutes with not a word back. Call back a 3 rd time & talk to same girl as the first & get told oh just hang around for an hour or 2 needlessly because they don’t care about their patients I clearly see that now. Vastly different experiences just a week apart. I will be asking for a refund of work that’s been paid for and hasn’t been done now due to this experience. 24 hours later drove back to town after being told it was called in yesterday after I drove home & still nothing so I’ve called again & am waiting

This last visit was great compared to the past. I was always reluctant to go because they never seemed to help. But this time I got answers & they did impressions the same day. They did everything to get my dentures financed. And the staff is great but they always have been

If you are looking for affordable dentistry without compromise, I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and the service is top notch. I recently had an extraction done and the care received during and after the procedure was amazing. I received a call that evening from the dentist himself from his personal phone, letting me know that if I needed anything I could reach him. That's top notch care. The next morning I received a call from the office staff also checking on me. I could not ask for better service. And the fees? Well I have had less work done in the past that cost me double of what they charged for way more. Great value, top notch service without compromise.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I had my first appt today. It was very clean, organized and welcoming. The staff was compassionate, caring and thorough. Dr. Edmondson took his time explaining everything and even though I was nervous I felt 1000% comfortable. The check in process was also quick and easy. I’m returning for treatment in a few weeks. You can tell they truly care for their patients. Thank you for a great experience!

The dentist here is totally amazing! I don't like needles and they way he does what he do is simply amazing so far the best dentist I have even been to. His staff is wonderful and they listen. There genital and very helpful. If your looking for a Great dentist well look no further. They also have great dental plan and assistance for those of you who need work done. I can write a small book on how wonderful this dentist and his staff is. My opinion they are the best!! Thank you Affordable Dentist!!

I scheduled a 4:00 appointment one week in advance. Then I completed all online paperwork before going there. I was 15 minutes early. When I walked in, the receptionist asked me if I was expecting (pregnant). I told her yes. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to get clearance to see the dentist by my OBGYN because I was being x-rayed! What was the purpose of filling out the paperwork if they were not going to check it? 🤔 🙄 I explained to her that I told the person I called that I was pregnant 🤰🏿 and they did not inform me of that. She then goes on to day that was the call center. In my mind I'm thinking 🤔 they still called me the day before to confirm my appointment so they still could have said something. She was very unapologetic too! I am a teacher so I am off for the summer, but had I taken off work to get there and find out that I had 15 minutes to get a confirmation faxed over they would have seen a whole different me!!! 😠 😡 😤! I called corporate and asked them to erase my insurance information and delete my application can I still get texts saying that I missed my appointment. Just warning all the pregnant people out there with raging hormones ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I have been super scared to go to the dentist for years like 10 years since my last visit, last one was a horrible experience somewhere else.. I looked him up on Google. 1st appt when I got there it very nice inside all the staff was sweet, respectful and polite. They made me feel comfortable and Dr was super nice and easy with my teeth. They are super clean, didn’t seem busy at the moment but I liked that. Visit was easy and fast. I can’t wait for my 2nd appointment my new dentist for sure.

I am so happy with the service and care I get at this office. I have always been very self conscious about my teeth and they have always made me feel very comfortable at every visit. I am so grateful for the staff and I am so glad I was told about this place. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Also their prices are very affordable and will work with you however they can. Best decision I ever made.

Dr Edmondson and his staff are helpful and do a great job. They also do not charge frivolous nor exorbitant prices. We know they are a blessing due to the contrast between the few times my whole family have been with them and the terrible experience we had with Aspen Dental in Waco, TX. At Affordable Dental, we also did not have to wait a long time.
