I highly recommend Platinum Dental. Everyone is extremely nice, professional and they did such a good job cleaning my teeth. I also purchased a mouth guard. After my first one cracked, I called them and they immediately got me in for a replacement. The next guard fit perfectly.

Dr. Ace is the most brilliant, kind, informative, and handsome dentist. EVER. His entire staff feels like family. I can’t recommend this dentist enough. I’m 53, and he has taught me things about preventive dental care with inexpensive home-remedies. At my age, who knew I could learn something new to keep my mouth healthy? There is no sales pressure in his office. Because of my new outlook on dental health, I asked if there was more I could do to have perfect teeth. As a result, I just ordered Invisalign because I’m too young to not have a perfect smile.

With having a special needs child and being her primary caretaker I’m concerned with the high cost of dental work that I am going to need to improve my overall oral health BUT on a positive note Dr. Ace is amazing! He’s the first dentist I didn’t feel uncomfortable with in regard to speaking up while having dental work done. He exudes empathy and kindness. I really appreciate that! So far so good after one apt. Looking forward to having more work done to hopefully care for the pain I’ve been in for too long. Thank you Platinum dental!

Dr. Acevedo is awesome, he puts you at ease and is very informative. All of the hygienists and front office girls are great as well! So glad I found this dentist office!

I give this place a four star raining. I felt like they were a little bit disorganized. I think they had new staff members. I'm going back to get more work done on my teeth. We'll see how things go. I feel like maybe if everything goes right five star

Sydnee cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job. She was super gentle (probably the best checkup I’ve had) and was able to remove some light staining I had on my teeth. Dr Acevedo remembers my name and is efficient with his teeth checks. Thanks for the great experience.

I came in today to get a consultation for gum recession implants. Given that it took a couple months to get this appointment and the expense of this surgery, I expected better manners and customer service from the staff and hygienists. Dr. Francis seems like a really nice guy who knows his stuff, but the staff and hygienists ruined it for me. The front office receptionist was not friendly and gave me a hard time for not completing new patient paperwork that was texted once to me two months before my appointment. She was very pushy to get my consultation fee. The worst was the hygienists. After measuring my recession, the dentist asked me to wait for the hygienists so we could schedule my initial surgery. They came in, sat with their backs to me and didn't acknowlege I was in the room. They tried to enter the dentist's measurements and treatment plan in the computer but there was some disagreement and confusion and they argued with each other. It made me very uneasy - I was sure I would either get the wrong treatment plan or get overcharged. They left after 10 minutes without saying a word and I waited for them to return for 25 minutes in the dental chair. They never returned, so I left. No one even noticed I left. AsI walked out, I saw one of the hygienists who was supposed to return cleaning another patient's teeth. I took that as my cue that I had been abandoned. Apparently they don't want my business. This is the only periodontist in town that takes my insurance, but honestly I'm fine going to Salt Lake to find someone else. This was such a waste of a few months of waiting and my consultation fee, which I would love to get refunded. Never going back and told my regular dental office to never refer patients there.
