I've worked in dental for almost 10 years. Now I do it from home, but I'm still very particular about who is touching my mouth. This place was fantastic! Super easy to schedule an appointment over the phone. Did my paperwork online ahead of time and walked back into my appointment. My hygienist, I can't remember her name but it started with D, was so sweet and gentle. She offered all sorts of tips as we are new to the area. Walked me through exactly what she was doing every step of the way as well. Dr. Smith came in for the exam and we talked a bit about travel and my home state of Michigan. Exam was over super quick after being given a clean bill of health. Scheduled for my next appointment and was done. No bill due thanks to my insurance. Overall a really great positive experience! Highly recommend!!

I went in as a first time patient and I can say I've never had such a good experience at the dentist. They really take the time and effort to make sure you are comfortable and don't rush through the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! 5/5 stars!!

Great dental experience. Established care quickly (my schedule flexible which was helpful). Paperwork, comprehensive exam and cleaning in 90min. Entire staff is warm, patient and professional. Did not feel rushed and had all my questions/concerns addressed. Atmosphere is soothing and modern, very comfortable and inviting. Would highly recommend.

Just called the office inquiring about emergency services for a broken tooth. My insurance was rejected. I asked the receptionist if they accept any other form of payment. The receptionist said yes, then encouraged me to find a provider that takes my insurance. Insane.

I was really impressed with this office. I found them since they are close to my house and checked out reviews first and am so happy I found them. I don't really like going to the dentist but didn't have any negative experiences and actually felt comfortable. My hygienist Caitlin was super sweet and friendly. She talked to me throughout, but never had me awkwardly try to talk while she is actively working on my teeth. The office looks clean and well cared for. The staff is all really friendly and most importantly they seem to be a very honest dentist office, which sadly I haven't always been able to find. Highly recommend them.

Had a crown prepped and placed. Amazing how they were able to administer anesthetic completely painlessly. The dentist and dental assistant worked thoroughly but efficiently, and they were both personable and kind throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Nisqually Reach Dental.

I called at 7:00 am with a little chip in my tooth but it was causing a lot of pain. They got me right in and fixed it up in very little time, no pain and a great job done!! I was back to normal by 9:42 am!! I normally hate going to dentist but they are cheerful, professional and make it as enjoyable as possible!!

I have been going to Yelm Dental since I was a kid and now to see familiar faces and doctors here was convenient and nice! I had just gone in to get my teeth cleaned and Caitlin was so gentle and comforting during the entire process! I saw Dr. Smith and as a dental student myself I enjoyed talking about our experiences! I drive all the way from Seattle just to go here, so definitely would recommend! :)

I am very satisfied on the care that I received between him and his hygienists. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The new clinic is beautiful. It feels, looks, and smells like a spa. I highly recommend them and am so grateful to have found an awesome dentist with a great staff.
