I have had to extractions this year. They did a great job. No extreme pain, even after the procedure. You can have confidence in the extraction work the dentist does. I do not have personal knowledge of other procedures.

I am a freakishly nervous dental patient. So much so, I avoided going for years. I made an appt. with Midwest Dental and had a wonderful hygienist, Melissa, that immediately helped with my anxieties. Melissa is diligent, but gentle with her cleanings...I came out lookin' like I got new teeth ;) Will definitely be back...in 6 months for my regular cleaning.
