Super deluxe. Best dentist I've ever had and yes I have tried complete dental. Everyone is so nice. They are so polite and thoughtful. They give you time to swallow and rest your jaw. Dr. Pugh did an excellent job on my front teeth and they are beautiful! I wish I knew the name of the hygienist who cleaned my teeth because you couldn't meet a nicer person. I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable.

I went to Dr.Pugh’s office after many years of not going to the dentist (over 25 years) out of fear of possibly loosing teeth and hearing horror stories about other people’s dentists. When I arrived, I was greeted and made very comfortable and watched a informational video in the lobby about everything they can do in their office and viewed some before and after stories. This helped me take my mind off of my nerves before going back to meeting the hygienist. After a very detailed cleaning I was very pleased to learn that I did not have to lose any teeth at all! The results were night and day from the first visit. My wife’s entire office uses him as well as some of my coworkers and I could not give Dr. Pugh and his team a higher rating. They go above and beyond making you comfortable and I have yet to hear anything negative about him or his office which is very surprising. As an adult being afraid of going to the dentist, I am really kicking myself for not going to them much sooner, but I am so lucky/happy that I went to them for my dental needs. Since the first visit I have had several cleanings, tooth bonding as well as a whitening treatment and every time I came in it was like we just picked up the conversation from months prior without hesitation. If I had one regret, that is not going to him when I moved to Huntsville many years ago.

I was worked in by Lynn today for a bad toothache (is there even such a thing as a 'good' toothache?). The staff always treats me well here, but today was especially important because of the serious pain. It was comforting to be treated with the genuine concern and care everyone showed. I also appreciated Amy's taking the time to help me understand the costs of different solutions I may need. These folks are sincere and professional. I really appreciate Dr Pugh and everyone on his caring staff.

Fantastic! Really cares about his patients and is down to earth. Keeps you informed about what he’s doing. The whole staff is very friendly and careful to make sure you are comfortable. Also they seems to keep right on time!

I don't think you can get a better place than this... Staff has the best customer service, very nice and friendly. My teeth have never been this clean coming out of other Dentistries. I know my teeth will stay healthy and strong with Dr. Michael Pugh and all his staff looking after me.
