Great service today...Maggie a terrific, professional and patient friendly dentistry associate with Dr. Cook, provided a super experience. I'm at work in Progress; they will be handling my needs for the foreseeable future! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. !!!

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Twickenham! I’ve just started going to this dentist office, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their care and services so far. All the hygienist are so sweet and kind (especially my hygienist today, Macy who was just the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain the entire time!), and Dr. Kesner is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m a work in progress after being afraid to go to the dentist for years, but I’m so happy I’ve finally found a dentist office I’m completely comfortable and at ease with the moment I walk in the door.

Very professional yet personal. My teeth are in good shape because of them, they’re great educators and motivators too! My daughter goes with me and I would highly recommend them for you’re children’s dental care too. Thank y’all!!

I recommend this practice! The hygienist, Macy, noticed I was anxious and took the time to explain everything she was going to do. She also checked in regularly to make sure I was doing OK. Definitely one of the least stressful dental cleanings I've had!

All the personnel were very professional. Katelyn Dickens, RDH is the best hygienist. All the co-workers were so friendly and made you feel right at home. Can’t wait for my next visit.

I usually have Dr. Cook operate on my teeth and he is fantastic. Last time I had Dr. Kestner and she did an interstellar job with my first crown. I don't think I've ever had someone numb my tooth so thoroughly (dental/tooth pain is a big fear of mine). I've also always had an easy time talking with each dental hygienist I've seen at all my appointments.

I have been coming to Twickenham Family Dentistry for over a year now and I know they deserve this review. Dr. Cook is a great man and dentist who only picks the best people for his practice. The receptionist is always kind, sweet and smiling. Amber, who always cleans my teeth, always greets me with a wave calling me friend. Dr. Cook himself has worked on my teeth when I had to get a crown in. More recently though I’ve been working with Mindy and Dr. Kestner on some fillings. Dr. Kestner may look young but she’s a seasoned pro. They are a great team and always make me feel they care about me as a person and not just my teeth. I don’t usually tell the dentist when I feel pain because it doesn’t bother me but she was concerned because “It would make[her] feel bad.” It’s plain to see that she cares about her job and the people she’s working with. I know that with Twickenham Family Dentistry, my teeth are in good hands.

Professional, knowledgeable, and excellent service! I strongly recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry. The front desk and dental hygienist are cheerful and fun to be around. Dr. Kestner is a good listener and answered all of my questions and identified a gap in my molars on my first visit. A few days later she closed the gap with a filling so that my teeth are touching again with no more food trapping problems. It was quick, painless, and very well done. Thank you, Dr Kestner!

Dr. Cook is very professional and takes the time to get it right. The staff is excellent as well, they are very polite and compensating. I have never been to a dentist where the staff were so kind and caring. My dental assistant was like a guardian angel watching over me. Thank you for restoring my faith in the dental profession.
