They failed to register a check up with my insurance company in time. Wasted a rare free morning sorting it out. Having agreed that there was no outstanding balance sent my details to a debt collection agency.

congenial, helpful. Willing to explain in detail the pros and cons of the procedure contemplated. Dr. Faustmann appears to be competent at first encounter..
NEW POST AS OF SEPT.26,2018
HOWEVER, I called her office and expressed my concerns regarding the fact that she scheduled me for a Thursday extraction, and their office is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I asked what would I do if a post extraction complication arose. The answer was that I should go to the emergency room. The dentist doesn't take call for her patients who have procedures. An emergency room costs me $95.00 copay and they don't have dentists at the ER. Also, I wanted to know what to do about my blood thinner which I had identified for them when I was first seen. She said that they would get a letter from my primary care doctor okaying the procedure. This way they wouldn't be liable. At this juncture, my adrenalin kicked in and I was aghast that their patient care approach, to my coumadin dosage, would be to get a letter shielding them from liability. At this point the dentist got on the phone. She repeated the story about getting a letter from my doctor allowing them to proceed. This was not about patient care. It appeared to me that for their office, the issue was liability rather than patient care. From the very mouth of the dentist. So, I cancelled my appointment and the dentist, in response to my statement that this was not an approach that was in the patient's best interest, dropped her ultimate weapon. She dismissed me from her practice. Sent me a form letter saying that "because of a breakdown in our doctor-patient relationship" I was fired. My impression was that they hadn't even considered my blood thinner status in planning their procedure. Finally, after all the discussion, she finished up by saying that she had planned on giving me her personal phone number after the extraction. This was very late on in the conversation, after they had told me twice to go to the emergency room for complications. This dentist practices under the name of BRYANT DENTAL, MADISON ALABAMA.
I have gone back to Dr. Matthew Gibson, my prior dentist. He opted out of UHC network because they didn't pay his approved billing in 2017. So, I escaped a potentially dangerous situation and have my old dentist who served a residency and has given me a plan to deal with my blood thinner prior to extracting the bad tooth. I will have to pay for the procedure, but it is worth the money to pay for competency. So, I give Bryant Dental and their employees one star, for having a pulse. I give Dr. Matthew Gibson, on county line road, five stars for dealing with my medical issues which most folks bring to a dental situation usually.
