Facility was clean and staff was very friendly! I established my grandmother as a new patient here and will definitely be coming back. Dr.Yvonne was thorough and did not make you feel you was being rushed out the door. This I know because my grandmother and I ended up being the last ones to leave the facility. Had my first visit on yesterday and I was greeted with kindness and professionalism from the time I walked in until I left. My husband had his first visit a few weeks prior and we are both very satisfied with the service here.

Appointment was only slightly delayed, at about 15 minutes late.
Cleaning was good. Expect to be asked about your entire life experience. Had to keep reminding them to keep the x-ray apparatuses out of my eye socket. Also, during cleaning you "have to ask" for a rinse and somewhere to spit or they'll just keep going 😯.
Their biggest failure though, is their scheduling. Made two appointments 6 months ago and but one was not recognized. I was told that calls often go to "corporate", so they don't actually handle the incoming call appointment requests in house. Well that began the blame game of that somehow being the patient's fault instead of the truth, which is bad interoffice communication. I've got my next 6 month appointment scheduled, but if I can find another office that can take better care of their customers before then, I'll cancel it....at the last minute, of course 🤣

AWESOME STAFF. They were able to see me quickly. Everyone was really nice and efficient. I've found my dentist!!! I af a plan for where I wanted to go with my dentist and it has been fulfilled. I have an amazing smile and I am grateful!

Service was fast and the doctor was knowledgeable. However, I was quoted a price over the phone that was not true. It was almost half the price that they wanted to charge to get the wisdom teeth out. I think they wanted to take my money for the referral appointment to get me in the door.

Today I had two fillings replaced, I can truly say the procedure was painless and I was very comfortable during the replacements! The staff is very friendly and Dr. Nguyen makes sure you’re aware and understand your procedure before she proceeds. Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and courteous to all her patients. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxing. I definitely would recommend Montgomery Family Dental Care to all my friends and family!
